My name is Lamia, I am 31 years old, the only girl in a three brothers family. My parents were high government officials which luckily allowed me to have a comfortable and easy life. I’m passionate about reading and world cuisine.

I studied foreign languages in high school and after that I decided to study literature at university (with a teaching specialty), where I met my husband and decided to move to China for a completely different experience. I have always dreamed of having a job in the education field. I started teaching online which helped for a smooth integration with Chinese people. After three years of teaching online, I felt the need to have real contact with my students and I enjoyed it.

China now has become my second home for almost six years, it’s the country where my son was born and where I realized one of my dreams.

高中時(shí)期我學(xué)習(xí)了幾門外語，后選擇在大學(xué)攻讀文學(xué)（主修教學(xué)）。大學(xué)時(shí)期，我遇到了我的丈夫，決定一同前往中國體驗(yàn)不一樣的人生經(jīng)歷。我一直希望自己能從事教育行業(yè)。起初我主要負(fù)責(zé)線上教學(xué)課程，這份工作讓我學(xué)會(huì)了如何與中國人共事合作。堅(jiān)持了三年后，我覺得有必要和學(xué)生進(jìn)行面對面真正的接觸了。事實(shí)證明，我非常享受師生面對面交流的教學(xué)過程。

目前，我來中國已經(jīng)六年多了，中國已然成為了我的第二故鄉(xiāng)，這是我兒子出生的地方，也是我夢想成真的地方。
