Strengthen our bodies and climb the mountain, keep the mission in mind and move forward courageously. From April 29th to 30th, each section of NFLSFC carried out a series of social practice activities, allowing students to walk out of campus to explore, practice, harvest and grow.

南外方山分校小學(xué)一年級的同學(xué)們走進(jìn)方山國家地質(zhì)公園，親近自然，感受著春天的氣息。和煦的陽光、清新的空氣、盛開的百花……同學(xué)們在方山尋找著春天的氣息；感受著春天的變化；暢游在大自然的懷抱里。
The first-grade students of NFLSFC visited the Fangshan National Geological Park to get close to nature and feel the breath of spring. Gentle sunshine, fresh air, blooming flowers... The students felt the changes of spring and enjoyed themselves in the embrace of nature.
體驗科技魅力，走向精彩遠(yuǎn)方。南外方山分校小學(xué)二、三年級的同學(xué)們來到了南京市科技館進(jìn)行參觀學(xué)習(xí)?；顒又?，豐富多彩的科技展示讓孩子們大飽眼福，更激發(fā)了同學(xué)們學(xué)習(xí)的熱情和興趣。同學(xué)們還在老師們的帶領(lǐng)下親身體驗了科技的神奇，在變幻無窮的科技世界里暢游無限，收獲滿滿。
Experience the charm of science and technology, and move towards a wonderful future. The students from the second and third grades of NFLSFC Primary School visited the Nanjing Science and Technology Museum. During the visiting, the colorful display of science and technology allowed the children to feast their eyes and open their minds. This also stimulated the enthusiasm and interest of the students in learning. Under the guidence of the teachers, the students experienced the magic of science and technology and enjoyed unlimited travel in the ever-changing world of science and technology.

登高攬勝，勵志壯懷。南外方山分校初中學(xué)段的同學(xué)們沐浴春風(fēng)，滿懷期待與憧憬，走進(jìn)溧水無想山風(fēng)景區(qū)，沿著山路，一路前行?；顒又?，同學(xué)們揮灑著汗水，迸發(fā)出青春的力量，每一步的前行都堅實(shí)有力。山路雖然漫長，卻阻擋不了南外方山分校學(xué)子們跨出屬于自己的堅定步伐。
Bathed in the spring breeze and full of expectation and longing, the students from the junior high school section of the NFLSFC entered the Wuxiang Mountain Scenic Area in Lishui. During the activity, the students sweated and burst out the power of youth, and every step forward was solid and powerful. Although the mountain road is long, it can't stop the students of NFLSFC from taking their own firm steps.

最美人間四月天。溧水無想山風(fēng)景區(qū)里校旗、班旗隨風(fēng)飄揚(yáng)，南外方山分校高一的同學(xué)們與兩旁樹木花草組成了動態(tài)的巨幅畫卷，成為春日里別樣的美景。行進(jìn)途中，同學(xué)們互相扶持、相互打氣、彼此堅持，在親近自然的同時，鍛煉身體、磨煉意志、陶冶情操。
The most beautiful scenery in the world is the spring day. The school and class flags in the Wuxiangshan Scenic Area of Lishui are fluttering with the wind. The 10th grade students of the NFLSFC form a beautiful picture scroll with the trees and flowers on both sides, becoming a different kind of beauty in spring. During the journey, the students supported, encouraged, and persisted in each other. While getting close to nature, they exercised their bodies, tempered their will, and cultivated their sentiments.
千里之行，始于足下。實(shí)踐是最好的課堂，同學(xué)們在此次實(shí)踐活動中都有所學(xué)、有所思，相信南外方山分校的學(xué)子們定會將這些豐碩的社會實(shí)踐成果帶回校園，在奮斗前行的道路上繼續(xù)揮灑汗水，堅持不懈，描繪出絢爛多彩的青春畫卷。
The thousand miles begins with a single step. Practice is the best lesson and all the students have learned and thought a lot from this practice activity. It is believed that the students of NFLSFC will bring these fruitful social practice results back to campus and work hard, continuing to sweat and persevere on the road to depict a colorful picture of youth.
