4月7日,南京外國語學(xué)校方山分校召開多語種課程建設(shè)會(huì)議。學(xué)校各學(xué)段外語教研組長齊聚一堂,圍繞外語課程構(gòu)建、教材使用、教學(xué)方法、集體備課和個(gè)人備課等方面進(jìn)行分享、研討。會(huì)議由教學(xué)管理中心副主任魯?shù)だ蠋熤鞒帧?/font>
On April 7th, the NFLSFC held a multilingual curriculum development conference. The foreign language teaching and research team leaders from each school section gathered together to share and discuss about the construction of foreign language courses, the use of teaching materials, teaching methods, collective lesson preparation and individual lesson preparation. The meeting was presided over by Mrs. Lu Dan, deputy director of the Teaching Management Center.
負(fù)責(zé)全校外事與外籍教師管理的孫陽陽老師結(jié)合實(shí)際,圍繞外教老師的管理和考核作了精彩的分享。她指出,外教隊(duì)伍是學(xué)校教師隊(duì)伍的重要組成部分,是學(xué)校多語課程建設(shè)不可忽視的力量。她強(qiáng)調(diào),招好、管好、用好外籍教師是外事部分工作的重要一環(huán),同時(shí)也希望英語備課組和教研組的老師們能一起協(xié)作,充分發(fā)揮出外教老師的作用。
Ms. Sun Yangyang from the Cultural Exchange Center gave a wonderful sharing on the management and assessment of foreign teachers based on actual conditions. She pointed out that foreign teachers are an important part of the school's teaching staff and a force that cannot be ignored in the construction of the school's multilingual curriculum. She emphasized that recruiting, managing, and making good use of foreign teachers is important for the foreign affairs part. At the same time, she also hoped that the teachers in the English lesson preparation group and the teaching and research group can work together to fully play the role of foreign teachers.
教學(xué)管理中心魯?shù)だ蠋熤貜恼n程目標(biāo)、課程內(nèi)容、實(shí)施渠道和實(shí)施評價(jià)等方面,分享了南外本部的外語課程體系。她強(qiáng)調(diào),要沿襲南外本部外語課程體系,開發(fā)南外方山分校的特色外語課程。要不斷豐富教學(xué)模式,將過程性與終結(jié)性評價(jià)結(jié)合,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化教學(xué)評價(jià)。要充分利用資源,實(shí)現(xiàn)合作共贏。
Mrs. Lu Dan from the Teaching Management Center shared the foreign language curriculum system of NFLS Headquarters in terms of course objectives, course content, implementation channels and implementation evaluation. She emphasized that it is necessary to follow the foreign language curriculum system of NFLS headquarters and develop our own characteristic foreign language courses of NFLSFC. Only by continuously enriching the teaching model, combining procedural and summative evaluation, and further optimizing teaching evaluation can we make full use of resources to achieve win-win cooperation.
小學(xué)學(xué)段岳磊老師作了題為《活動(dòng)·課程·特色——南外方山分校小學(xué)英語課程建設(shè)》的主題分享。她從基礎(chǔ)性課程、校本課程、外語類拓展課程和榮譽(yù)性課程等方面詳細(xì)介紹了小學(xué)學(xué)段英語特色課程的建設(shè)情況。同時(shí),還展示了南外方山分校小學(xué)學(xué)段師生們在各級各類外語競賽中取得的累累碩果。她強(qiáng)調(diào),將繼續(xù)傳承好南外本部課程架構(gòu)的特色,兼收南外仙林分校外語教學(xué)的優(yōu)勢,融入南外方山分校辦學(xué)的理念,不斷豐富和拓展南外方山分校小學(xué)學(xué)段的英語課程。
Elementary school Mrs. Yue Lei gave her sharing titled "Activities ·Curriculum · Characteristics-Elementary School English Curriculum Construction of NFLSFC". She introduced the construction of English characteristic courses in elementary school in detail from aspects of basic courses, school-based courses, foreign language development courses and honor courses. At the same time, Mrs. Yue also showed the fruitful achievements of the teachers and students at the elementary school section of the NFLSFC in various foreign language competitions at all levels. She emphasized that the elementary school will continue to inherit the characteristics of the curriculum structure of the NFLS headquarters, incorporate the advantages of NFLSXC, integrate into the philosophy of NFLSFC, and continue to enrich and expand the English courses in elementary school section of NFLSFC.
科技高中楊馨蕾老師圍繞南外方山分校初高中學(xué)段外語課程的建設(shè)情況作了詳細(xì)地分享。她強(qiáng)調(diào),要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)多語種課程建設(shè),激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)外語的興趣。同時(shí),要在堅(jiān)守南外本部外語課程架構(gòu)特色的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合南外方山分校的實(shí)際進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新,不斷完善評價(jià)體系,促進(jìn)學(xué)生外語素養(yǎng)的提升。
Ms. Yang Xinlei of the High School of Science and Technology gave a detailed sharing on the construction of foreign language courses in the junior and senior high school sections of the NFLSFC. She emphasized that it is necessary to further strengthen the construction of multilingual courses and stimulate students' interest in learning foreign languages. At the same time, based on adhering to the characteristics of the NFLS headquarters foreign language curriculum structure and combining with the reality of the NFLSFC, we should continue to improve the evaluation system and promote the improvement of students' foreign language literacy.
國際高中韓鶴老師著重介紹了國際高中英語課程的設(shè)計(jì)思路。他指出,南外方山分校國際高中英語課程圍繞培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),從語言基礎(chǔ)、語言考試、語言應(yīng)用和核心素養(yǎng)等方面進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)展開。韓老師還通過視頻、圖片等方式分享了國際高中個(gè)性化的英語課程和課表,以及豐富多彩的英語活動(dòng),充分調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生語言學(xué)習(xí)的興趣。
Mr. Han He from the International High School introduced the design ideas of the international high school English curriculum. He pointed out that the English courses of the International High School of NFLSFC are designed and developed from the aspects of language foundation, language examination, language application and core literacy around the training objectives. Mr. Han also shared the personalized English courses and timetables of international high schools through videos and pictures along with a variety of English activities, which fully mobilized students' interest in language learning.
朱善萍校長作了精彩的總結(jié)講話。她表示,非常欣喜地看到學(xué)校外語課程建設(shè)中所取得的成績。她強(qiáng)調(diào),老師們在今后的教育教學(xué)實(shí)踐中,要繼續(xù)提升自身專業(yè)素養(yǎng)和能力,促進(jìn)自身的成長與發(fā)展。要重視對學(xué)生演講與辯論能力的培養(yǎng),提高作業(yè)質(zhì)量,通過開展值日生報(bào)告、模仿背誦和朗讀等方式,促進(jìn)學(xué)生聽說讀寫能力的不斷提升。要注重課題研究,抓好基礎(chǔ),做好架構(gòu)和細(xì)節(jié),大膽創(chuàng)新,為助推南外方山分校外語課程建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)力量。
Principle Zhu Shanping gave a wonderful concluding speech. She said that she was very pleased to see the achievements made in the construction of the school's foreign language courses. She emphasized that in future education and teaching practices, teachers should continue to improve their professional qualities and promote their own growth and development. It is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of students’ speech and debate ability, improve the quality of homework, and continuously promote students’ abilities in listening, speaking, reading and writing through daily reports, imitating recitation, and reading aloud. Furthermore, teachers must pay attention to subject research, grasp the foundation, do a good job in the structure and details, boldly innovate, and contribute to the promotion of the construction of foreign language courses in NFLSFC.
