3月31日下午,南京外國語學校方山分校全體教職員工齊聚千人劇場,開展了校本數(shù)學示范課教研活動。江蘇省數(shù)學特級教師、南京外國語學校朱勝強老師深入南外方山分校指導。此次培訓由教學管理中心張玉主任主持。
On the afternoon of March 31, all the faculty and staff of the NFLSFC gathered in the Thousand People Theater to carry out the school-based teaching and research activities of math demonstration courses. Zhu Shengqiang, a special-grade mathematics teacher from Jiangsu Province and a teacher from Nanjing Foreign Language School, came to NFLSFC to give guidance. The training was hosted by Director Zhang Yu of the Teaching Management Center.
此次活動分為課程展示、專家評課和專題講座三個環(huán)節(jié)。在課程展示環(huán)節(jié)中,南外方山分??萍几咧型貘P中老師通過典型例題幫助學生復習了之前所學的正弦余弦定理,并引出本節(jié)課的課題《正弦定理和余弦定理的應用》。在教學過程中,王老師以學生為主體,引導學生多問、多做、多觀察、多思考,從而促進了學生們的思維創(chuàng)新,積極創(chuàng)設了有利于學生自主探究、合作交流的學習情境,引導學生開展觀察、思考、交流等有效的學習活動,讓學生在課堂中體驗數(shù)學、理解數(shù)學。
The event was divided into three parts: course presentation, expert evaluation and lectures. In the course presentation session, Mr. Wang Fengzhong from the Science and Technology High School of NFLSFC helped students review the law of sine and cosines they had previously learned through typical sample questions, and led to the topic of today’s lesson -- "The Application of The Law of Sines and Cosines". In the teaching process, Mr. Wang took students as the center of learning and guided students to ask more, do more, observe more, and think more, promoting students' thinking innovation and actively creating a learning situation that is conducive to students' independent exploration, cooperation and communication. It is crucial to guide students to carry out effective learning activities such as observation, thinking, and communication, so that students can experience and understand mathematics in the classroom.
精彩的課堂展示結(jié)束后,是朱勝強老師的評課與指導。朱勝強老師指出,本節(jié)課屬于應用課,特別是和實際問題結(jié)合在一起,對教師要求較高。但王鳳中老師很好的把握住了這個“度”,充分展現(xiàn)了一位老師的教學機智和深厚的教學底蘊。同時,王鳳中老師在課堂上鼓勵學生表達自己的看法,應用啟發(fā)性的教學語言引導學生去思考,創(chuàng)設情境幫助學生學會如何處理實際應用中的問題,發(fā)展學生的文本閱讀和建模的能力,體驗數(shù)學在實際應用中的價值。
After the wonderful class presentation, Mr. Zhu Shengqiang commented and gave guidance to the class. Mr. Zhu Shengqiang pointed out that this class is an application class, especially in combination with practical problems, which requires higher teaching skills. Mr. Wang Fengzhong grasped this "degree" very well, fully demonstrating a teacher's teaching wit and profound teaching foundation. At the same time, Mr. Wang Fengzhong encouraged students to express their opinions in class, used inspiring teaching language to guide students to think, created situations to help students learn how to deal with problems in practical applications, and developed students' text reading and modeling capabilities to experience the value of mathematics in practical applications.
評課之后,朱老師圍繞“新教材、新高考”為南外方山分校的教職員工做了精彩的講座。他指出,新高考以普通高中課程標準和高校人才選拔為依據(jù),突出立德樹人導向,重點考查運用所學知識分析問題和解決問題的能力。講座中,朱老師結(jié)合江蘇高考的發(fā)展歷程及新高考的數(shù)學題型做出具體剖析,詳細闡述了高考的新變化,以及“一核四層四翼”的高考評價體系。他強調(diào),面對新高考,教師們要立足于教學的根本,重視知識的覆蓋面和學生探究能力的培養(yǎng),促進學生綜合素質(zhì)的提升。
After the class evaluation, Mr. Zhu gave a wonderful lecture to the faculty and staff of the NFLSFC around the "new textbooks, and new college entrance examination". He pointed out that the new college entrance examination is based on the general high school curriculum standards and the selection standers of talents in universities, highlighting the orientation of moral education and human cultivation, and focusing on testing the ability to analyze and solve problems using the knowledge learned. In the lecture, Mr. Zhu made a specific analysis based on the development history of Jiangsu college entrance examination and the mathematics question types of the new college entrance examination, and elaborated on the new changes in the college entrance examination and the "one core, four layers and four wings" college entrance examination evaluation system. He emphasized that facing the new college entrance examination, teachers should root for the foundation of teaching, pay attention to the coverage of knowledge as well as the cultivation of students' inquiry ability, and promote the improvement of students' comprehensive quality.
朱勝強老師的講座立足于教育教學的實踐,又飽含個人獨特的思考,旁征博引、深入淺出、精彩紛呈。講座現(xiàn)場不斷閃耀著思維的火花,南外方山分校全體與會教師聽得非常認真,深受啟發(fā)、受益匪淺。本次活動通過聽課、評課和講座的方式,讓老師們互相學習、取長補短,更為教師們創(chuàng)造一個互相展示、交流、學習的平臺,為進一步提高教育教學質(zhì)量打下了堅實的基礎。
Zhu Shengqiang's lecture is based on the practice of education and teaching with much personal unique thinking. All the teachers in the NFLSFC listened very carefully, deeply inspired and benefited a lot. This activity allowed teachers to learn from each other through lectures, and created a platform for teachers to display, communicate, and learn, laying a solid foundation for further improving the quality of education and teaching.
