教研促發(fā)展 課堂展風(fēng)采 ——記江寧區(qū)初中物理教學(xué)研討活動(dòng)走進(jìn)南外方山分校

方山小雨潤如酥,草色遙看近卻無。在春日的一場小雨中,319日,江寧區(qū)初中物理教學(xué)研討活動(dòng)在南京外國語學(xué)校方山分校科技高中階梯教室舉行。江寧區(qū)物理教研員趙帥等領(lǐng)導(dǎo)以及江寧區(qū)各學(xué)校老師們前來參加,本次活動(dòng)共設(shè)三節(jié)觀摩課以及交流研討活動(dòng)。

On March 19th, with the moist rain over the fresh grass in Fangshan, the Jiangning District Junior High School Physics Teaching Seminar was held in the high school lecture hall of NFLSFC. Leaders such as Zhao Shuai, a physics teacher and researcher in Jiangning District, as well as teachers from schools in Jiangning District, came to participate. There were three observation classes and exchange seminars for this activity.

第一節(jié)課是南外方山分校八年級物理組張建峰老師執(zhí)教的《重力 力的示意圖》。張老師以沙子的下滑和地球儀巧妙引入課堂,奪人眼球。隨著課堂深入,學(xué)生的物理興趣與課堂熱情漸進(jìn)上升,張建峰老師言語溫婉思路嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),利用學(xué)生的好奇引發(fā)思考,循循善誘,將重力方向、重力的影響因素等重難點(diǎn)知識融入設(shè)問、融入實(shí)驗(yàn)。整節(jié)課圍繞課本,基于實(shí)驗(yàn),通過學(xué)生分組實(shí)驗(yàn)極大發(fā)揮了學(xué)生的主觀能動(dòng)性,將尋找掃把重心的實(shí)驗(yàn)作為課堂的高潮,彰顯了南外方山分校教師扎實(shí)的教學(xué)功底和學(xué)生出色的動(dòng)手能力。

The first class is "Schematic Diagram of Gravity" taught by Mr. Zhang Jianfeng, the eighth grade physics group of NFLSFC. Mr. Zhang used the sliding of sand and the globe to cleverly introduce the classroom, which caught the eyes of students. As the classroom deepens, students’ interest in physics and enthusiasm in the classroom gradually rise. Zhang Jianfeng’s words are gentle and rigorous. He uses students’ curiosity to trigger thinking and integrates important and difficult knowledge such as the direction of gravity and the influencing factors of gravity into the questioning and experimentation with good guidance. The whole class revolved around textbooks and experiments, and the students’ subjective initiative has been exerted greatly through group experiments. The experiment of finding the focus of the broom is the climax of the classroom, demonstrating the solid teaching skills of the teachers of NFLSFC and the outstanding experiment ability of the students.

第二節(jié)課是南京曉莊師范學(xué)院濱河實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校的劉瑩老師執(zhí)教的《摩擦力》。課堂剛開始劉老師就組織學(xué)生參與小游戲“夾鵪鶉蛋”,輕松的音樂搭配趣味的游戲一下子就拉近了老師與同學(xué)們的距離,借此開啟了摩擦力的課堂。本節(jié)課的重點(diǎn)是滑動(dòng)摩擦力的研究,課堂上同學(xué)們?nèi)褙炞?,積極發(fā)言,遇到問題大膽猜想,通過分組實(shí)驗(yàn)和交流逐步驗(yàn)證猜想,記錄數(shù)據(jù)。劉老師語言凝練,十分注意理解性知識之間的銜接,在師生互動(dòng)、生生互動(dòng)中,一堂課的時(shí)間轉(zhuǎn)瞬即逝,但同學(xué)們卻意猶未盡。

The second class is "Friction" taught by Liu Ying from the Binhe Experimental School of Nanjing Xiaozhuang Normal University. At the beginning of the class, Mr. Liu organized students to participate in the mini game "Quail Egg". The relaxed music and fun games immediately brought the teacher and classmates closer together, thus opening a frictional classroom. The focus of this lesson is the study of sliding friction. In the class, the students are fully absorbed, actively speaking, making bold guesses when encountering problems, and gradually verifying the guesses through group experiments and communication, and recording data. Mrs. Liu is condensed in language and pays great attention to the connection between comprehensive knowledge. In the interaction between teachers and students, the time of a class is fleeting, but the students are still feeling unfulfilled.

第三節(jié)課是由南外方山分校九年級物理組陸媛媛老師講授的《物質(zhì)的物理屬性》復(fù)習(xí)課,課堂以密度的定義、公式、單位及密度測量步驟為軸,有如打開一幅長篇畫卷,將密度相關(guān)的實(shí)驗(yàn)和中考考點(diǎn)分步展開,逐層遞進(jìn)。課堂主要設(shè)計(jì)兩大復(fù)習(xí)環(huán)節(jié):測量小石塊密度,測量大石塊密度,通過圖片、實(shí)驗(yàn)的重現(xiàn)喚醒孩子們對于已學(xué)知識的認(rèn)知。陸老師著重關(guān)注學(xué)生的思維活躍性、課堂參與性,輔以等效替代法等關(guān)鍵難點(diǎn)的講解,將復(fù)雜的密度板塊拆分,一堂中考物理復(fù)習(xí)課教師講授出了南外方山分校的特色,學(xué)生更是演繹出了別樣的精彩。

The third class is a review class of "Physical Properties of Matter" taught by Lu Yuanyuan, the ninth grade physics teacher of NFLSFC. The class took the definition, formula, unit and density measurement steps as the axis, which is like opening a long picture scroll, expanding the related experiments and the test sites of the senior high school entrance examination step by step. The class mainly designed two review sessions: measuring the density of small rocks, and measuring the density of big rocks to wake children's knowledge of what they have learned through the reproduction of pictures and experiments. Mrs. Lu focused on students’ thinking activity and classroom participation with explanations of key difficulties such as equivalent substitution method, and complex density blocks were split for better understanding. A class of high school entrance examination physics review class gives the characteristics of NFLSFC, and students performed a different kind of excitement.

評課環(huán)節(jié),幾位老師發(fā)言踴躍,大膽探討,對于備課和課堂環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與交流。評課名師們對上課教師的精彩課堂給以了充分的肯定,提出了許多有深度、有價(jià)值的建議。最后,江寧區(qū)初中物理教研員趙帥老師對本次活動(dòng)做了總結(jié):第一,板書是課堂的靈魂,是學(xué)生對于一節(jié)課印象最深的記憶,每節(jié)課都需要設(shè)計(jì)好精煉、有取舍的板書;第二,加強(qiáng)整節(jié)課的模型建構(gòu),課堂的深度很關(guān)鍵;第三,就是要在中考物理復(fù)習(xí)課中,著眼于撼動(dòng)學(xué)生的固化思維,實(shí)驗(yàn)與題型都要推陳出新、咬文嚼字,將復(fù)習(xí)落實(shí)到學(xué)生認(rèn)知深處。在這樣的研討、指導(dǎo)氛圍中,所有到場的老師都收獲良多,對物理學(xué)科教學(xué)起了巨大的促進(jìn)作用。

In the evaluation session, several teachers spoke and discussed enthusiastically, summing up and communicating about the lesson preparation and classroom links. The professional teachers gave full affirmation to the wonderful class of the teachers and put forward many in-depth and valuable suggestions. Finally, Mr. Zhao Shuai, a junior high school physics teaching and researcher in Jiangning District, summarized this activity: First, writing on the blackboard is the soul of the classroom, and is the student’s deepest memory of a lesson. Each lesson needs to be designed and refined. Second, to strengthen the model construction of the entire class, the depth of the class is very important; third, it is necessary to focus on shaking the students’ solidified thinking in the physics review class of the high school entrance examination.
