朗讀閱讀精讀 品質(zhì)品味品格——南京外國語學校方山分校開展校本語文示范課教研活動

3月10日,南京外國語學校方山分校全體教職員工齊聚千人劇場,開展了校本語文示范課教研活動。江寧區(qū)初中語文教研員彭啟生老師應邀蒞臨學校指導。此次培訓由教學管理中心張玉主任主持。

On March 10, NFLSFC held a school-based training event in the school's lecture hall. Peng Qisheng, Jianging-based Chinese teacher and researcher, was invited to give guidance. The event was presided over by Zhang Yu, director of the Teaching Management Center.

活動分為開課與評課兩個環(huán)節(jié)

The event involved demonstration class and lesson observation feedback.

教研管理中心主任、語文教研組長柳詠梅老師執(zhí)教《孔乙己》。柳老師首先呈現(xiàn)了課前活動:每天積累一個漢字、一句名言。接著,柳老師要求學生快速瀏覽課文,使用生詞,從不同角度復述情節(jié),柳老師對學生的復述做相應地指導。這一復述方式既訓練了學生的表達力,同時又有效地促進了學生學習生字詞,一舉兩得。然后是品讀環(huán)節(jié),重點品讀第4段和第11段,結(jié)合具體內(nèi)容分析孔乙己和眾人的變與不變,學生發(fā)言踴躍,視角獨特,觀點新穎。值得一提的是,學生們對文本的深入解讀與語言運用能力在整個教學的環(huán)節(jié)中表現(xiàn)突出。最后,柳老師讓同學們將課文與自己改寫的劇本進行比較閱讀,結(jié)合劇本進一步理解小說,也重溫了劇本知識。整堂課設(shè)計精巧,明暢洗練,在舒緩的課堂節(jié)奏中步步深入,重點培養(yǎng)了學生的語言表達力和思辨力,令在座教師們獲益匪淺。

Liu Yongmei, director of the Teaching and Research Management Center and leader of the Chinese Department, gave a lesson on “Kong Yiji”. Ms. Liu first presented the pre-class activities: accumulate one Chinese character and one famous saying every day. Then she asked the students to skim the passage, retell the plot with new words under the guidance, which helped to develop students’ speaking skills and help them to learn new words and phrases. Then she guided students to analyze the changes and unchangeableness of Kong Yiji and other characters by reading the fourth and eleventh paragraph. Students were very enthusiastic to share their unique perspectives, and novel viewpoints. It is worth mentioning that the students performed well during the whole class through showing their in-depth interpretation of texts and their speaking skills. Finally, Ms. Liu asked students to compare the text with their own rewritten script to further understand the novel and review the script. Ms. Liu planned the lesson meticulously, focusing on developing students’ speaking and thinking skills. The attendees learned a great deal from the meeting. 

精彩的課堂結(jié)束后,是彭啟生老師的評課與指導。彭老師指出,柳老師的課很厚實,在素養(yǎng)立意之下,關(guān)注到學生語言運用能力的訓練,充分利用文本資源,深度挖掘文本價值,活用多種方法培養(yǎng)學生創(chuàng)造性地使用語言。彭老師表示,語文教師的課堂要關(guān)注語言實踐、關(guān)注教材活用、關(guān)注能力訓練、關(guān)注素養(yǎng)立意。同時,還要注意培養(yǎng)學生的個性發(fā)展,于無形中提升學生的語文素養(yǎng)。

After the open class, Mr. Peng gave feedback. He pointed out that the demonstration class was wonderful and Ms. Liu focused on developing students’ language ability as well as their core competencies. He said Ms. Liu used texts to their full potential and helped to cultivate students’ writing and speaking skills. Mr. Peng said that Chinese teachers should focus on language practice, flexible use of teaching materials, ability training, and core literacy. At the same time, teachers should ensure the students individual needs are met and help to improve students literacy.

朱善萍校長最后發(fā)言,她認為,柳老師的課如山澗溪流,內(nèi)容舒展,節(jié)奏舒緩,令人聯(lián)想到舒伯特的小夜曲和門德爾松的小提琴曲。朱校長提到,學校的未來就在課堂的每一分鐘,課間的每一個活動,對學生的每一份關(guān)愛與啟發(fā)之中。每一位教師,都應當滿懷主人翁意識,以培養(yǎng)具有中國靈魂世界胸懷的現(xiàn)代英才為己任,關(guān)愛呵護每一名學生,認真做好教育教學的每一個細節(jié)。

Principal Zhu Shanping gave a concluding speech. She said its enjoyable to observe Ms. Liu’s class. It was reminiscent of Schubert's serenade and Mendelssohn's violin. She mentioned that the future of the school is related to each class, each after-class activity, and every care and inspiration for students. Every teacher should promote a sense of belonging, be committed to the  schools motto, “To Educate Our Students To Be Modern Talents With Chinese Soul And Global Vision” and pay a great deal of attention to the details of the lessons.

名師開課、示范課堂、專家點評……本次南外方山分校的校本培訓可謂干貨滿滿。相信今后這樣的校本培訓活動會遍及學校各學科,通過定期舉辦的方式,給廣大的青年教師帶來積極的指導和巨大的幫助。

This school-based training included demonstration classes and lesson observation feedback. We will carry out different school-based training activities in different subjects, which will improve young teachers' ability and skills in classroom teaching and professional development.
