2021年3月3日,南京外國語學校方山分校論文報告會暨教育教學論壇在千人劇場隆重舉行,全體教職員工分享成果、碰撞思維、共同進步。
On March 3, NFLSFC held the Forum for Paper Presentation and Education Research. All teaching staff attended the meeting to share ideas and promote development as a team.
上學期,學校的教科研工作發(fā)展迅速、碩果累累。教研管理中心柳詠梅主任分別從教學比賽獲獎、參賽論文獲獎、發(fā)表論文和課題研究四個方面總結了學校2020-2021學年第一學期的教科研成績:學校11項南京市、江寧區(qū)教育科學“十三五”規(guī)劃立項課題全部順利開題;第二屆校級立項課題12項;劉錫洋、陳相吏、楊文睿、魯?shù)さ?4名老師在省、市、區(qū)各級各類教學比賽中獲獎;陶健、張涵、陳彩萍等13名老師在省、市、區(qū)各級各類論文比賽中獲獎……柳老師指出,這累累碩果的背后,是每位教師的付出和努力。
NFLSFC teachers have made rapid progress in education and teaching in the past semester. Ms. Liu, the director of the Teaching and Research Management Center, gave an overview of our teachers’ achievements since the beginning of the 2019-2020 academic year from four aspects: teaching competition, participating paper, published papers, and project research. NFLSFC’s 11 projects have been opened; 12 projects have been set up at our school; 14 teachers have been successful in both municipal and provincial competitions; 13 teachers won awards in thesis competition. Ms. Liu pointed out the teachers’ the dedication and hard work paid off.

2020年有太多的精彩值得回顧與珍藏。論壇中,在上一年度教科研和專業(yè)成長方面取得一定成績的六位老師依次上臺做了經驗分享。
2020 has been such an exciting year, with so much to look back on and cherish. Six accomplished NFLSFC teachers talked as part of the event, sharing their successes in education research and professional development.
初三年級組長陳俊老師結合自身的實踐,分享了她培養(yǎng)學生幾何直觀能力的經驗,并指出,教師可以讓比較復雜、抽象的數(shù)學知識變得更加生活化,便于學生理解。同時,教師還要學會做有心人,將教學實踐中成功或失敗的案例整理出來,寫寫感受,細細打磨,煉成文章。
Ms. Chen, the leader of Grade 9, shared her experience in developing students’ geometric intuitive skills and pointed out that teachers can make complex and abstract mathematical knowledge more life-like and easier for students to understand. She said teachers should also be caring, sort out successful or failed real-life examples to write down their feelings and refine them into articles.
陳玲老師在上一年度發(fā)表了題為《例談高中生物學教學中批判性思維的培養(yǎng)》的文章。她結合課標、生物學科教學和心理學相關知識,與老師們分享了在教學中注重對學生批判性思維培養(yǎng)的生動做法。
Ms. Chen published an article entitled “Critical Thinking Cultivation in Senior High School Biology Teaching”. She shared with the teachers the methods of focusing on develop students’ critical thinking by explaining curriculum standards, biology teaching and psychology.
英語組劉海艷老師結合她的校級立項課題研究,分享了她是如何在閱讀教學和書面表達教學中滲透文化背景知識的。她強調,在滲透文化背景知識的同時,還要注重培養(yǎng)學生對不同文化的理性認識。將課題研究與論文寫作關聯(lián)起來并取得成果,劉老師做了精彩的分享。
Ms. Liu, an English teacher, shared how she introduced background knowledge in reading and writing teaching by combining her school-level project. She emphasized that teachers should also focus on cultivating students’ rational understanding of different cultures while infiltrating cultural background knowledge. Ms. Liu also shared how to relate the research to the paper writing.
初中歷史組的陶健老師自2016年始至今發(fā)表了多篇論文,他結合自己寫作和發(fā)表論文的經歷,總結了寫好論文、做好課題的訣竅,一是讀書,研讀教材、研讀課標、研讀期刊、研讀專著;二是注重思考的深度性、拓展性和前瞻性;三是寫作,做到立框架,定時間,重引用,不抄襲。
Mr. Tao, a history teacher, has published many essays since 2016. He combined his writing and publishing experience to share the tips for writing good essays and doing a good job in this subject: the first one is to read- study teaching materials, course standards, journals and monographs; the second is to focus on the depth, expansibility, and foresight of thinking; the third is to write, to establish a framework, set time, pay attention to quotation, and not plagiarize.
學生發(fā)展中心劉媛緣老師在“行知杯”論文大賽中獲得了省級一等獎的好成績,她分享了寫好論文的三條“秘訣”:一是選題如點睛,題好一半文;二是觀點如骨骼,邏輯見乾坤;三是材料如血肉,積累有竅門。劉老師鼓勵大家從生活著手,勤集素材,耐心打磨,必能收獲好文章。
Ms. Liu, teacher from the Student Development Center won the provincial first prize in the “Xingzhi Cup” contest. She shared three “secrets” for writing a good essay: the first one is to choose the topic as a finishing touch; the second is to express good opinions and pay attention to the logic; the third is to accumulate materials. Ms. Liu encouraged teachers to collect materials and polish them patiently to write good essays.
語文組凌青老師做了題為《名里藏乾坤,激趣有妙招》的教學敘事分享。凌老師生動地介紹了她用篆字為學生們釋名的生動課堂。她認為,語文不僅僅是書本上的一篇篇課文,生活中處處有語文,小小名字藏有豐厚的語文知識。以獨居匠心的設計,詩意優(yōu)美的語言,激發(fā)了學生們對語文的興趣,滲透了情感教育。凌老師的課堂有情有趣有味。
Ling Qing from the Chinese group shared the teaching narrative titled "The name is hidden in the universe, and there are coups to excite fun". She gave a vivid introduction of her class in which she used seal characters to explain the students' names. She believed that language is not just a text in a book, but something everywhere in life, and a small name can have rich knowledge of language. The ingenious design and the poetic language aroused students' interest in Chinese and permeated emotional education, making her class interesting and fascinating.
六位老師分享之后,周世東書記作了精彩的講話。他表示,非常欣喜地聽到這么多令人獲益匪淺的發(fā)言與分享。周書記指出,成長為一名優(yōu)秀教師離不開五條重要的路徑:一是學,要做到學科深學、教育恒學、文化廣學,養(yǎng)成不斷學習的好習慣。二是思,要做到學而我思、學而善思、學而深思,做一名善于思考的好老師。三是研,“教不研則淺,研不教則空?!币虼?,老師們要做到學科之研、教學之研、教育之研。四是行,要做到行有理念、行有主張、行有魅力,在教育教學的實踐中不斷促進自身的成長與發(fā)展。五是著,要做到著為動力、著為立言、著為學者,在動筆寫作的過程中對“學、思、研、行”進行概況和升華。周書記希望每位教師都能恪守本心,以真情、真心、真誠對待教育和學生,在追求卓越的道路上砥礪前行。
After the six teachers shared, Secretary Zhou Shidong gave a wonderful speech. He said that he was very pleased to hear so many rewarding speeches and sharing. Secretary Zhou pointed out that there are five important ways to grow into an excellent teacher: one is learning, to achieve deep learning of subjects, constant learning of education, extensive learning of culture, and develop a good habit of continuous learning. The second is to think. To be a good teacher who is good at thinking, we must learn to think, to think well, and to think deeply. The third is research. "If you don't teach, you will be shallow, and if you don't teach, you will be empty." Therefore, teachers should do subject research, teaching research, and education research. The fourth is action, to have ideas, ideas, and charms in action, and continuously promote self-growth and development in the practice of education and teaching. The fifth is writing. It is necessary to act as a motivation, as an advocate, as a scholar, and to make an overview and sublimation of "learning, thinking, research, and action" in the process of writing. Secretary Zhou hopes that every teacher can abide by his heart, treat education and students with sincerity, and move forward on the path of pursuing excellence.
最后,柳詠梅主任就“南京教育好故事”、校級菜單講座申報、2021年度優(yōu)秀教育案例、教育敘事征文評選等工作做了布置,并從“學高為師,身正為范”的高度強調了科研紀律。柳老師鼓勵各位教師,踏實教學、勤奮研究,努力做新時代的“四有”好教師。
Finally, Director Liu Yongmei made arrangements for "Nanjing Education Good Story", school-level menu lecture declaration, 2021 excellent education case, education narrative essay selection and other work, and emphasized from the high degree of "learning is a teacher, being a model" to discipline of scientific research. Mrs. Liu encouraged all teachers to teach steadily, study diligently, and strive to be a good teacher of the "Four Haves" in the new era.
南外方山分校論文報告會暨教育教學論壇的圓滿舉辦,充分展示了我校教師在教科研方面的成長,激勵教師們在專業(yè)成長上更進一步。相信老師們在今后的教育教學實踐中,會不斷提高自身專業(yè)素養(yǎng),在未來的教育教學之路上愈走愈堅實。
This successful event showed our teachers’ development in teaching and research, and encouraged teachers to further promote professional development. We believe our teachers will continue to promote their professional development and further improve high quality educational outcomes.
