有效激發(fā)學(xué)生“內(nèi)驅(qū)力”,提升學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì) ——南京外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校方山分校聯(lián)合谷里片初中各校開(kāi)展德育教科研交流活動(dòng)

為了進(jìn)一步提升班主任的實(shí)踐能力和育人理念,提高德育管理水平,加強(qiáng)校際之間的互動(dòng)交流。2021年1月4日下午,南京外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校方山分校聯(lián)合谷里片初中各校開(kāi)展德育教科研交流活動(dòng),此次活動(dòng)的主題為有效激發(fā)學(xué)生內(nèi)驅(qū)力,提升學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)。江寧區(qū)德育研究室研究員姜書(shū)勤主任、谷里片初中學(xué)校的分管校長(zhǎng)、德育主任以及部分班主任參加了本次活動(dòng)。

On January 4th, 2021, NFLSFC and other Junior High School  in Guli held a moral education and scientific research workshop themed on Effectively Stimulating Students Driving Force and Improving Learning Skills to further enhance the practical ability, moral education management ability and education concept of homeroom teachers, as well as to strengthen the interactive communication between schools. Director Jiang Shuqin, a researcher of Jiangning Moral Education Research Office, the principals in charge of Junior High School in Guli, the moral education director and some homeroom teachers attended the event.

活動(dòng)首先以進(jìn)班聽(tīng)主題班會(huì)課為開(kāi)端。本次主題班會(huì)課在初二年級(jí)開(kāi)展,各班級(jí)圍繞有效激發(fā)學(xué)生內(nèi)驅(qū)力,提升學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)”進(jìn)行個(gè)性化設(shè)計(jì)。

The event began with teachers observing homeroom classes in Grade 8. The homeroom teachers focused on “Effectively Stimulating Students’ Driving Force and Improving Learning Skills” to deliver meticulously-prepared lessons.

主題班會(huì)開(kāi)展以學(xué)生為主體,從知情意行四個(gè)層面有序進(jìn)行。班主任老師作為班會(huì)的指導(dǎo)者、促進(jìn)者、引導(dǎo)者、參與者,促成主題班會(huì)實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生自我教育的目的。

The homeroom teachers made their lessons student-orientated from four perspectives. As the instructor, facilitator, guide, and participant, the homeroom teachers help students to have self-education by attending homeroom classes.

接著,在科技高中階梯教室進(jìn)行本次主題活動(dòng)的研討交流環(huán)節(jié)。

Then, some teachers shared their opinions in the Science High School lecture theatre.

來(lái)自濱江外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校的李春兵老師作了題為《淺談班主任如何加強(qiáng)中學(xué)生核心素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)》主題發(fā)言。李春兵老師就班主任如何加強(qiáng)學(xué)生核心素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)展開(kāi)交流。他提到核心素養(yǎng)是學(xué)生必須具備,且能夠適應(yīng)自身和社會(huì)發(fā)展的品質(zhì)或能力,積極開(kāi)展各種德育教育活動(dòng)、形式多樣的比賽活動(dòng)或者專業(yè)知識(shí)競(jìng)賽、積極參加各種類型的選修課程,以“信念教育”為引領(lǐng),加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)生核心素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng)。

Li Chunbing from Suzhou Foreign Language School Nanjing Campus gave a speech on “How Homeroom Teachers Help to Develop Students’ Core Competencies”. He said that core literacy is the quality and ability that students must possess for their own and social development. It is necessary to hold various moral education activities and competitions, have a range of elective courses to develop students’ core competencies under the guidance of faith education”.

竹山中學(xué)的龐福喜老師圍繞《如何激發(fā)學(xué)生的內(nèi)驅(qū)力》作了生動(dòng)的發(fā)言,給與會(huì)老師留下了深刻印象。龐福喜老師談到管理不是把人管住了,而是要激發(fā)學(xué)生的潛能,發(fā)展學(xué)生。要發(fā)揮內(nèi)在驅(qū)動(dòng)力,需要一些外部條件,需要一些特定環(huán)境。所以要讓內(nèi)在驅(qū)動(dòng)力發(fā)揮出來(lái),就要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造能夠激發(fā)內(nèi)在動(dòng)力的環(huán)境。接著他就激發(fā)學(xué)生內(nèi)驅(qū)力的基本路徑進(jìn)行非常詳細(xì)的闡述。他認(rèn)為每一個(gè)學(xué)生都是一座金礦,我們要做的是解放而不是束縛學(xué)生,激發(fā)而不是控制學(xué)生,尊重而不是漠視學(xué)生。

Pang Fuxi from Zhushan Secondary School gave a vivid speech on “How to Stimulate Students’ Drive”, by which the attendees were deeply impressed. Mr. Pang said that management is not about controlling people, but about stimulating students’ potential and helping them to develop. He pointed out that its necessary to create an environment that can stimulate the driving force. Then he elaborated on the basic path to stimulate students’ driving force. He believes that every student is a gold mine and what we need to do is to liberate rather than restrain students, to inspire rather than control students, and to respect rather than ignore students.

江寧初級(jí)中學(xué)潘其斌老師作了題為《讓詩(shī)教放飛夢(mèng)想的翅膀》主旨發(fā)言。潘其斌老師認(rèn)為詩(shī)歌學(xué)習(xí),不僅能夠拓展知識(shí)面,也能夠增強(qiáng)語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力,提升人文素養(yǎng),還能達(dá)到傳承中華文化的目的。以課堂為主渠道,以社團(tuán)為主陣地,以詩(shī)教常規(guī)活動(dòng)為載體,以校園文化建設(shè)為追求,以達(dá)成學(xué)生的幸福發(fā)展的終極目標(biāo)。

Pan Qibin from Jiangning Middle School delivered a speech on “Let Poetry Education Help students to Realize Dreams”. Mr. Pan believes that poetry can not only broaden students horizon, but also help to enhance language skills, enhance humanistic quality, and inherit Chinese culture. He said teachers should take class as the main channel, take club as the main position, take poetry education activities as the carrier, and take campus culture as the pursuit to help students to develop happily.

東善橋初級(jí)中學(xué)楊梅圍繞《抓細(xì)節(jié)、落實(shí)處、促養(yǎng)成》這一主題,并結(jié)合自身在日常班級(jí)管理中的實(shí)踐,強(qiáng)調(diào)了在日常的班級(jí)管理中促成學(xué)生核心素養(yǎng)養(yǎng)成的重要性,她指出,班主任老師要把班級(jí)的各項(xiàng)事務(wù)、活動(dòng)、各種規(guī)章制度、發(fā)展目標(biāo)等細(xì)化成點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴具體的、可操作的、易檢查的細(xì)小步驟,讓學(xué)生從身邊實(shí)實(shí)在在的、力所能及的事情做起,真真實(shí)實(shí)地在平常的小事中,培養(yǎng)良好的學(xué)習(xí)生活習(xí)慣。

Yang Mei from Dongshanqiao Middle School focused on “Grasp the Details, Implement the Management, and Promote development”, combining with his real-life examples to emphasize the importance of promoting the development of students’ core literacy in daily class management. She pointed out that homeroom teachers should refine the affairs, activities, various rules and regulations, and development goals into small steps that are specific, operable, and easy to check, so that students can do what they can, and cultivate good learning and living habits.

南京外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校方山分校謝菲老師作了題為《有效激發(fā)學(xué)生“內(nèi)驅(qū)力”,提升學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)》主題發(fā)言。謝菲老師著重圍繞如何喚醒學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)驅(qū)力展開(kāi)交流。她提到內(nèi)驅(qū)力相較于外驅(qū)力,有著使學(xué)生參與度更高、行動(dòng)更持久、成就感更足的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。她從內(nèi)驅(qū)力的三角模型中分析得出從給予學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)充分的自主權(quán)、讓學(xué)生體驗(yàn)到學(xué)習(xí)的成就感、幫助學(xué)生建立學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)在目標(biāo)三個(gè)方向出發(fā)激發(fā)學(xué)生的內(nèi)驅(qū)力。

NFLSFCs Xie Fei gave a speech entitled “Effectively Stimulate Students’ Driving Force and Improve Learning Skills”. Ms. Xie focused on how to awaken student’ driving force for learning. She mentioned that compared with external drive, internal drive can make students more involved and fulfilling, and have longer-lasting actions. She analyzed from the triangular model of driving force and suggested that teachers should give students full autonomy in learning, allow students to have a sense of achievement in learning, and help students to set learning goals to stimulate students’ driving force.

最后,江寧區(qū)德育研究室研究員姜書(shū)勤主任圍繞班會(huì)課和專題研討做了詳細(xì)地點(diǎn)評(píng),充分肯定了此次活動(dòng)的重要意義。同時(shí),他還強(qiáng)調(diào)了激發(fā)學(xué)生內(nèi)驅(qū)力的重要性,希望老師們能在今后的工作中多關(guān)注學(xué)生的主體性,從學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的角度激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力,提升學(xué)習(xí)品質(zhì)。

Director Jiang Shuqin gave feedback on the workshop. He fully affirmed the significance of this activity, and emphasized the importance of stimulating studentsdriving force, hoping that teachers can make their lessons student-orientated and stimulate students’ learning interest to promote their all-round development and improve their learning skills.

自出機(jī)杼,薪火相傳。谷里片校際德育交流活動(dòng)是提升班主任專業(yè)素養(yǎng),促進(jìn)德育實(shí)效性的有效途徑。南京外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校方山分校將繼續(xù)圍繞“立德樹(shù)人”,完善各項(xiàng)制度措施,努力實(shí)現(xiàn)追求卓越的德育工作目標(biāo),同時(shí)在校際交流中不斷吸收優(yōu)秀經(jīng)驗(yàn),持續(xù)提升改進(jìn),為促進(jìn)學(xué)校教育高質(zhì)量發(fā)展而努力。

This inter-school moral education activities in Guli are an effective way to improve homeroom teachers’ professional development and promote the effectiveness of moral education. NFLSFC will continue to focus on “fostering character and civic virtue”, improve its organizational systems, and strive to achieve excellence in moral education to further improve high quality educational outcomes.
