充分利用教材 提高教學(xué)效率 ——南外方山分校舉辦語(yǔ)文專題教學(xué)研討活動(dòng)

12月28日,雖是寒冬,卻溫暖如春。南外方山分校語(yǔ)文教研組、柳詠梅名師工作室開展了以“充分利用教材,提高教學(xué)效率”為主題的教研活動(dòng)。江蘇省特級(jí)教師、正高級(jí)教師、南京市語(yǔ)文教研員袁源老師和江蘇省特級(jí)教師、正高級(jí)教師、南京外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校謝嗣極老師應(yīng)邀蒞臨南外方山分校指導(dǎo)。

On December 28, NFLSFCs Chinese Department and Liu Yongmei Distinguished Teacher Working Group held a workshop themed on “Making Full Use of Teaching Materials to Improve Teaching Efficiency”. Yuan Yuan, a renowned senior teacher throughout Jiangsu and Nanjing-based Chinese teacher and researcher, alongside Xie Siji, a renowned senior teacher throughout Jiangsu and a teacher from NFLS, were invited to give guidance.

  

此次活動(dòng)分為開課評(píng)課與專題講座兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。

The workshop included open class, lesson observation feedback, and lectures sessions.

 

 

第一節(jié)課是陳婉茹老師執(zhí)教的寫作課《說(shuō)明事物要抓住特征》。課堂從一個(gè)別出心裁的小游戲開始,激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)熱情。學(xué)生們用看、摸、聽、聞、嘗的方法對(duì)面前的橘子做細(xì)致觀察,寫下觀察結(jié)果。接著陳老師指導(dǎo)學(xué)生們?cè)趯懻f(shuō)明文時(shí)適當(dāng)引用資料,要建立讀者意識(shí);學(xué)生選擇老師提供的不同情景寫作,修改并潤(rùn)色文字。學(xué)生們?cè)谡n堂上得到了觀察、表達(dá)等多方面的收獲。

Chen Wanru delivered the first demonstration class, “Explain the Characteristics of Things”. Ms. Chen began the class with an ingenious game to stimulate students’ interest in learning and guided students to observe the oranges by looking, touching, listening, smelling, and tasting, and to write down the observation results. Then Ms. Chen instructed the students to properly quote the materials when writing explanatory essays to establish reader’s awareness; students wrote according to different situations provided by Ms. Chen and then they modified and polished the composition. The students learned a lot in terms of observation and expression.

 

 

第二節(jié)課是柳詠梅老師執(zhí)教的復(fù)習(xí)課《利用助讀資料 提高復(fù)習(xí)效率》。柳老師首先呈現(xiàn)了課前活動(dòng):每天積累一個(gè)漢字、一句話;每天分享一篇實(shí)錄。接著,柳老師給學(xué)生呈現(xiàn)真題,通過(guò)解析真題提煉考點(diǎn),回歸教材,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生重視教材,學(xué)會(huì)利用助讀材料。最后,柳老師以“用好教材比借助教輔重要,找對(duì)方法比機(jī)械做題重要,主動(dòng)思維比被動(dòng)接受重要”的理念收束全文。通過(guò)柳老師對(duì)助讀資料價(jià)值的挖掘和利用,學(xué)生們對(duì)教材價(jià)值有了更深的理解。

Liu Yongmei delivered a review lesson “Using Aid Materials to Improve Review Efficiency”. Ms. Liu first presented the pre-class activities- accumulate one Chinese character and one sentence every day, and share an record every day. Then, Ms. Liu concluded the test points by analyzing the papers, guiding students to pay attention to the teaching materials and use them. The lesson concluded with Ms. Liu sharing her ideas of “using teaching materials well is more important than using teaching aids; finding the right method is more important than doing exercises, and active thinking is more important than passive learning”. The students had a deeper understanding of the value of teaching materials with Ms. Liu using reading materials.

兩節(jié)課之后,是兩位專家老師評(píng)課和微講座。

After the open classes, Ms. Yuan and Mr. Xie gave feedback on the demonstration lessons and gave lectures.

 

 

南京外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校的謝嗣極老師首先評(píng)課。他指出陳婉茹老師的課堂有兩大亮點(diǎn)。亮點(diǎn)一,將閱讀與寫作相結(jié)合,向教材中的課文學(xué)寫作;亮點(diǎn)二,情境創(chuàng)設(shè)得很好。課堂教學(xué)符合寫作的認(rèn)知規(guī)律:認(rèn)知——實(shí)踐——再認(rèn)知——再實(shí)踐。不足之處是學(xué)生說(shuō)過(guò)少,要進(jìn)一步注意說(shuō)明順序的安排,并且最好有正反兩面的比較。對(duì)于柳詠梅老師開設(shè)的初三復(fù)習(xí)課,謝老師對(duì)其“考點(diǎn)都在教材里”的觀念給予了充分的肯定和贊揚(yáng)。他進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)調(diào):“語(yǔ)文考試的能力全在課本上”。課本之“本”,是語(yǔ)文學(xué)習(xí)和語(yǔ)文能力之根本。

Mr. Xie gave feedback first. He pointed out that there are two highlights in Ms. Chens lesson- she combined reading and writing, guiding students to learn to write  from textbooks; she created a great situation and taught students according to the cognitive law of writing: cognition--practice--recognizing--re-practice. Mr. Xie said students didnt say much, so the teacher should pay more attention to the arrangement of the explanation order, and its better to make a comparison between the pros and cons. Then Mr. Xie fully affirmed and praised Ms. Lius notion that exam focuses are in the textbook. He further emphasized that the ability of Chinese test is in the textbook. The textbook is the foundation of Chinese learning and ability.

  

南京市語(yǔ)文教研員袁源老師做了評(píng)課和微講座。她很欣慰地感嘆,兩節(jié)課都不是在教應(yīng)試,這是非常好的現(xiàn)象袁老師圍繞語(yǔ)文到底教什么”這個(gè)中心,為大家?guī)?lái)一場(chǎng)有深度、有力度的微講座。袁老師指出:語(yǔ)文課堂應(yīng)該做的只有:“語(yǔ)文”。為了幫助在場(chǎng)的老師們更好地理解其中內(nèi)涵,袁老師以陳老師所教的《說(shuō)明事物要抓住特征》這節(jié)課為例,深入地分析如何緊扣“語(yǔ)文”來(lái)教,提出許多生動(dòng)又切實(shí)可行的操作建議,給老師們以無(wú)窮啟發(fā)。袁老師由課堂點(diǎn)評(píng)聯(lián)系到老師們的日常教學(xué),她殷切提醒作為語(yǔ)文教師,要尤為注意語(yǔ)言文字的基本規(guī)范,為學(xué)生做好示范、打好根基。語(yǔ)文教學(xué)切不可套路化來(lái)束縛學(xué)生、拘泥學(xué)生。作為南京市中考語(yǔ)文負(fù)責(zé)人,袁老師再次強(qiáng)調(diào):中考最終考查的是學(xué)生的實(shí)際運(yùn)用能力。

Ms.Yuan gave her feedback and a speech. She said that neither of the two classes were teaching exam skills, which was a very good phenomenon. Ms. Yuan focused on “What to teach as for Chines?” to gave the speech. She pointed out what the Chinese teachers should do in class is to teach “Chinese”. Ms. Yuan took the lesson Explain the Characteristics of Thingsgiven by Ms. Chen as an example, analyzed how to teach with “Chinese” and put forward many useful ideas, aiming to help attendees to better understand the connotation. She was connected to teachers’ teaching practices through class comments and she reminded the attendees that Chinese teacher must pay special attention to the basic norms of language and writing, and set a good example for students. Chinese teaching must not use routines to constrain and restrain students. As the person in charge of Nanjing Senior High School Entrance Examination in Chinese, Ms. Yuan once again emphasized the final test of the high school entrance examination is the practical ability of students.

 

南外方山分校青年教師和兄弟學(xué)校的老師們積極發(fā)言,暢談想法,并向兩位專家提問請(qǐng)教。袁老師在解答老師的提問時(shí)進(jìn)一步指出:考試只是語(yǔ)文學(xué)習(xí)的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),要多注重對(duì)學(xué)生基本功的培養(yǎng)。

NFLSFCs early-career teachers and teachers form other school talked about their ideas and asked the two experts for advice. When answering the teacher’s question, Ms. Yuan further pointed out the examination is only a part of Chinese learning, and more attention should be paid to developing students’ basic skills.

教研組長(zhǎng)柳詠梅老師最后小結(jié):語(yǔ)文是很可愛、很有意思的學(xué)科,老師們要帶著學(xué)生去欣賞語(yǔ)文、熱愛語(yǔ)文。語(yǔ)文的魅力無(wú)窮,正如今天一樣:語(yǔ)文人相聚,寒冬也變得暖意融融。

Liu Yongmei, leader of NFLSFCs Chinese department, gave a concluding talk. She said Chinese is a very “cute” and interesting subject; teachers should guide students to appreciate and love Chinese; Chinese is charming, just like Chinese teachers getting together today that made the cold winter warm.
