12月23日下午,南外方山分校邀請(qǐng)江寧區(qū)教研室王必閂主任為全體教師作了題為《做一名會(huì)上課的老師——兼談教學(xué)常規(guī)工作點(diǎn)滴思考》的精彩講座。此次培訓(xùn)由教學(xué)管理中心張玉主任主持。
On December 23rd, NFLSFC invited Wang Bishuo, director of Jiangning Teaching-as-Research Section, to give a wonderful lecture entitled "Being a Teacher in Class-Talking about the daily routine of teaching" for all teachers. The event was presided over by Zhang Yu, director of the Teaching Management Center.
講座伊始,王必閂主任通過(guò)播放美國(guó)八旬老人格魯伯坐著輪椅來(lái)到建川博物館的感人視頻,向老師們發(fā)出了“人生的意義與價(jià)值何在?”的叩問(wèn),引起了老師們的深入思考。講座中,王必閂主任從微觀和宏觀視角發(fā)出,結(jié)合自身豐富的理論知識(shí)和現(xiàn)實(shí)實(shí)踐,深入淺出地闡述了如何“做一名會(huì)上課的老師”。他指出,課堂的基本結(jié)構(gòu)可以分為復(fù)習(xí)導(dǎo)入、師生互動(dòng)、評(píng)價(jià)反饋、教學(xué)小結(jié),基本環(huán)節(jié)主要有導(dǎo)入、目標(biāo)、過(guò)渡、互動(dòng)、小結(jié)和反饋。他強(qiáng)調(diào),課堂上老師們要精心設(shè)問(wèn),設(shè)問(wèn)要做到科學(xué)性、邏輯性、趣味性、梯度性、簡(jiǎn)潔性、適度性;要注重方法手段,讓學(xué)生積極參與到課堂中;要設(shè)計(jì)多樣化的作業(yè),讓學(xué)生慢慢喜歡上作業(yè);要認(rèn)真對(duì)待每一節(jié)課,做到精打細(xì)算、精心設(shè)計(jì)、精耕細(xì)作。
Director Wang Bishu began his speech with a video about Gruber, an eighty-year-old American, visiting Jianchuan Museum in a wheelchair. He then asked the teachers "What's the meaning and value of life?" This is a particularly important question that all our teachers must consider. In the talk, Director Wang used real-life examples and gave simple, yet pertinent advice to the teachers about how to "be a teacher who can teach". He pointed out that the basic structure of a lesson includes review introduction, teacher-student communication, evaluation, teaching summary and feedback. He emphasized that teachers should carefully put scientific, logical, interesting, gradient, concise, and moderate questions; teachers should pay attention to methods, letting students be engaged and design diversified homework that attract students; teachers should take each and every lesson seriously.
王主任認(rèn)為,舉止淡定、從容前行源于腳下悄無(wú)聲息的努力,要成就精彩課堂必須要做好以下幾個(gè)方面:教學(xué)目標(biāo)的分解與達(dá)成;方法手段的選擇與運(yùn)用;課堂狀態(tài)的觀察與調(diào)控;教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)的實(shí)施與合理;認(rèn)知現(xiàn)狀的了解與定位。希望老師們通過(guò)自我覺(jué)醒、同伴互助、專家引領(lǐng)、平臺(tái)助推等方式,提升自己、不懈努力,做一名會(huì)上課的老師。
Director Wang believes that teacher can be more professional by making consistent efforts and teachers should follow several aspects to deliver wonderful lessons: decomposition and achievement of teaching goals; selection and application of methods; lesson observation and control; the implementation and rationality of teaching evaluation; the understanding and positioning of cognitive status quo. He hopes teachers to grow as educators through self-awakening, peer mutual-help, receiving guidance and training from senior-level teachers and participating in a range of professional development workshops.
王主任的講座幽默風(fēng)趣,又飽含個(gè)人獨(dú)特的思考與實(shí)踐,旁征博引、深入淺出、精彩紛呈。講座現(xiàn)場(chǎng)不斷閃耀著思維的火花,南外方山分校全體與會(huì)教師聽(tīng)得非常認(rèn)真,深受啟發(fā)、受益匪淺。紙上得來(lái)終覺(jué)淺,絕知此事要躬行。相信老師們?cè)诮窈蟮?/font>教育教學(xué)實(shí)踐中,會(huì)不斷提高自身專業(yè)素養(yǎng),在未來(lái)的教育教學(xué)之路上愈走愈堅(jiān)實(shí)。
Director Wang's lecture was both humorous and inspiring with attendees listening attentively. Just as the saying goes,"Practice goes deeper than theoretic knowledge. It's crucial to have things tested out personally." We believe that NFLSFC's teachers will continue their professional development and further improve high quality educational outcomes and teaching practices.
