2020年12月21日-22日,全國(guó)著名語(yǔ)文特級(jí)教師余映潮老師應(yīng)南外方山分校柳詠梅名師工作室之約蒞臨江寧區(qū)指導(dǎo),為期一天半的語(yǔ)文人的“盛事”正式拉開(kāi)序幕。此次活動(dòng)由江寧區(qū)教研室、江寧區(qū)中語(yǔ)會(huì)、南外方山柳詠梅名師工作室、江寧區(qū)潘森云名師工作室聯(lián)合主辦,江寧高新區(qū)中學(xué)承辦。

On December 21st and 22nd, Yu Yingchao, a well-known, highly-qualified and talented Chinese teacher, came to NFLSFC to deliver a series of teacher training activities at the invitation of the “Liu Yongmei Distinguished Teacher Working Group”. The event was hosted by Jiangning Teaching-as-Research Section, Jiangning Chinese Language Association, NFLSFC Liu Yongmei Distinguished Teacher Working Group, Jiangning Pan Senyun Distinguished Teacher Working Group, and was held at Jiangning High-tech Development Zone Middle School.

次活動(dòng)的主題是觀察教師課堂閱讀教學(xué)素養(yǎng);建立高效閱讀教學(xué)理念;板塊式”“主問(wèn)題引領(lǐng);設(shè)計(jì)多樣的語(yǔ)文實(shí)踐活動(dòng),提升語(yǔ)文教師的教學(xué)教研能力。

The theme of this activity was to observe teachers teaching literacy on reading lessons, have new ideas of efficient reading teaching, guidance students with main questions in the way of block-style and design various Chinese practice activities to improve Chinese teachers teaching and research skills.

觀摩課前,江寧高新區(qū)中學(xué)芮火才校長(zhǎng)做了熱情洋溢的致辭。芮校長(zhǎng)表示,余映潮老師在全國(guó)中小學(xué)語(yǔ)文界名聲斐然,能夠邀請(qǐng)到余老師來(lái)指導(dǎo)是江寧老師們的幸事。余老師年逾古稀,仍然奮戰(zhàn)在語(yǔ)文教學(xué)和研究的最前線;我們學(xué)習(xí)余老師,除了學(xué)習(xí)他的語(yǔ)文教育教學(xué)理念和方法,更要學(xué)習(xí)他對(duì)語(yǔ)文的至愛(ài)深情,學(xué)習(xí)他對(duì)事業(yè)的高追求和大格局。

Before classes observation, Rui Huocai, the principal of Jiangning High-tech Development Zone Middle School, delivered an enthusiastic speech. Principal Rui said that its an honour to invite Mr. Yu to give guidance and Mr. Yu is still working as a Chinese teacher although he is over 70. He called on teachers to learn from Mr. Yu, about his Chinese teaching concepts and methods, his love and affection for Chinese and his high career pursuit and big pattern.

在一天半的時(shí)間里,共有五位青年教師上課。南京市竹山中學(xué)竇蕓蕓老師執(zhí)教《女?huà)z造人》,從神話故事導(dǎo)入,通過(guò)《風(fēng)俗通》原文與《女?huà)z造人》的對(duì)比閱讀,體會(huì)文章寫法的精妙。圍繞“女?huà)z是神還是人”的問(wèn)題,展開(kāi)討論,細(xì)品課文訓(xùn)練學(xué)生運(yùn)用想象擴(kuò)寫神話。

In a day and a half, there were five young teachers delivering demonstration classes. Dou Yunyun from Nanjing Zhushan Secondary School gave the class entitled Nv Wa Creates Humans. She introduced with myths and guided students to understand the exquisite writing by reading Feng Su Tong and Nv Wa Creates Humans. Ms. Dou asked students to discuss Whether Nv Wa is a Godness or a Person and guide them to write a myth with imagination. 

南外方山分校初二年級(jí)的徐忠欣老師執(zhí)教《飲酒(其五)》。徐老師《愛(ài)蓮說(shuō)》導(dǎo)入,了解作者陶淵明,圍繞“誦讀解詩(shī)”“賞讀悟詩(shī)”展開(kāi)教學(xué)活動(dòng),聯(lián)讀陶淵明的其他詩(shī)歌,體會(huì)陶淵明的人生選擇,最后以師生背讀收束課堂。南外方山分校魯靜老師執(zhí)教的是《中國(guó)石拱橋》。魯老師圍繞“理清文章思路、品析說(shuō)明語(yǔ)言、學(xué)寫說(shuō)明文字”三個(gè)活動(dòng)開(kāi)展課堂教學(xué)。

NFLSFCs Xu Zhongxin gave the class entitled Drinking (Part 5). Mr. Xu introduced Tao Yuanming with the introduction of Ai Lian Shuo and focused on reading and appreciating the poem. Then he guided students to read Tao Yuanmings other poems to understand Tao Yuanmings life choices. The lesson concluded by reciting by reciting the poem. NFLSFCs Lu Jing delivered a demonstration class entitled Chinese Stone Arch Bridge. Ms. Lu focused on three activities of clarifying the ideas, analyzing the explanatory language, and learning to write explanatory text.

高新區(qū)中學(xué)毛慧玲老師執(zhí)教《跟著課文學(xué)寫作》,以四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)“寫人明特征,外語(yǔ)動(dòng)心神,事件關(guān)于人,外界來(lái)映襯”安排寫作指導(dǎo)。毛老師引導(dǎo)學(xué)生聯(lián)系課文學(xué)習(xí)人物描寫的手法,指導(dǎo)學(xué)生關(guān)注生活,寫大家熟悉的楊老師。顏志祥老師執(zhí)教的《水滸傳》閱讀課,以魯智深的研究為內(nèi)容,以魯智深的相關(guān)情節(jié)為基礎(chǔ),通過(guò)探討魯智深俠義和魯智深與李逵、宋江的人物比較兩個(gè)板塊,完成教學(xué)任務(wù)。

Mao Huiling from High-tech Development Zone Middle School gave the class Following the Lesson to Write, and gave guidance to students from four aspects: write peoples characteristics, fascinating language, peoples activities, and the environment. Ms. Mao guided students to learn about character description, pay attention to life, and write about their familiar teacher- Ms. Yang. Yan Zhixiang delivered a reading lesson- Water Margin, which based on Lu Zhishens research, based on Lu Zhishes related plots. He guided the students to explore the chivalry of Lu Zhishen and compare Lu Zhishen with Li Kui and Song Jiang.

余映潮老師對(duì)每一節(jié)課都做了隨教隨評(píng)。余老師從教學(xué)理念、教學(xué)策略、教學(xué)語(yǔ)言、教學(xué)細(xì)節(jié)等多個(gè)角度對(duì)每一節(jié)課做了細(xì)致入微、鞭辟入里的點(diǎn)評(píng)和剖析,并為每一節(jié)課做了新的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)。余老師的點(diǎn)評(píng),堪稱語(yǔ)文界一絕令老師們贊嘆不已。

Mr. Yu gave feedback on each lesson from the perspectives of teaching philosophy, strategy, language and details, along with some thoughts about his own lesson plans. All the attendees were deeply impressed by Mr. Yus feedback.

本次活動(dòng)中,余映潮老師為大家呈現(xiàn)了兩節(jié)精彩的示范課。第一節(jié)課是《漁家傲·天接云濤連曉霧》。余老師設(shè)計(jì)了三個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)“感受詞人”、“詩(shī)歌讀背”吟讀賞析”,整節(jié)課注重對(duì)學(xué)生語(yǔ)文思維的訓(xùn)練、語(yǔ)文技能的訓(xùn)練,課堂格調(diào)高雅,余味悠長(zhǎng)。第二節(jié)課是面對(duì)全體初三學(xué)生的寫作指導(dǎo)課《關(guān)注中考作文的形態(tài)美》。余老師以中考記敘文“形態(tài)美”技法熏陶為教學(xué)內(nèi)容,帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生閱讀材料,提煉出每一則材料中的寫作技法,并結(jié)合已經(jīng)學(xué)過(guò)的課文做闡釋,關(guān)聯(lián)閱讀與寫作,打通教材與考試,給學(xué)生們以切實(shí)高效的寫作指導(dǎo)。

Mr. Yu then delivered two wonderful demonstration lessons. The first one is “Yu Jia Ao”. Mr. Yu designed three learning activities- “Understanding the Poet”, “Poetry Reading and Memorization” and “Appreciating Poems”. He focused on developing students’ Chinese thinking and language skills. The second is a writing instruction class- “Focus on the Beauty of Composition in senior high school entrance examination” for all Grade 9 students. Mr. Yu took the “beauty of form” technique of narrative essays in senior high school entrance examination as the teaching content, led students to read the materials, pointed out the writing techniques, and explained by using the texts they have learned, giving students practical and efficient writing guidance.

活動(dòng)的最后一個(gè)內(nèi)容是余老師的主題講座《運(yùn)用“板塊式”思路設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生的課堂實(shí)踐活動(dòng)》。余老師以自己的研究經(jīng)歷為例,闡述了板塊式思路設(shè)計(jì)在語(yǔ)文教學(xué)中的作用,創(chuàng)新地提出了“板塊式、主問(wèn)題、詩(shī)意手法”閱讀教學(xué)藝術(shù)體系,總結(jié)出了“思路明晰單純,提問(wèn)精粹實(shí)在,品讀細(xì)膩深入,學(xué)生活動(dòng)充分,課堂積累豐富”的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)30字訣。講座中,余老師以部編版教材為例,示范了如何設(shè)置主問(wèn)題,如何加強(qiáng)集體訓(xùn)練,如何提高課堂教學(xué)效率。余老師的講座從宏觀到微觀,從理念到實(shí)踐,為青年語(yǔ)文教師的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)指明了方向。

To conclude the event, Mr. Yu delivered a speech entitled Using the ‘block-style’ to Practice Skills. Mr. Yu used real-life examples to explain the role of block-style in Chinese teaching, innovatively proposed the block-style, main question, poetic approach teaching, and concluded the 30 words of teaching design tips- “clear and simple thinking, quintessential questions, the meticulous and in-depth reading, sufficient activities, rich classroom learning. In the talk, Mr. Yu took the textbook as an example to demonstrate how to set the main question, how to strengthen group training, and how to improve teaching efficiency. Mr. Yus lecture offers early-career Chinese teachers a great opportunity to boost their professional development.

南外方山分校全體中學(xué)部語(yǔ)文教師全程參加了研修活動(dòng),認(rèn)真聽(tīng)課、筆記,整理會(huì)議內(nèi)容,努力以更積極的態(tài)度,更高效的方法,進(jìn)一步提高課堂教學(xué)效率。

All NFLSFCs Chinese teachers in junior high attended the event. They listened attentively and took notes, striving to further improve their teaching practices.

我校語(yǔ)文組青年教師們紛紛表示:這兩天的研訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí),對(duì)教師課堂教學(xué)素養(yǎng)有了新的認(rèn)識(shí),尤其是結(jié)合余老師的評(píng)課,更加認(rèn)識(shí)到優(yōu)良教學(xué)習(xí)慣的重要性,也更深地理解了語(yǔ)文教師應(yīng)該從文本解讀、教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)、組織課堂等多個(gè)方面磨礪自己、提高自己。期待明年春暖花開(kāi)時(shí),余老師能夠到南外方山分校做深入指導(dǎo),手把手地指導(dǎo)和幫助青年教師,以提高全校語(yǔ)文教師的教學(xué)能力和專業(yè)水平。

Our schools early-career Chinese teachers said that they had a new understanding of teachers’ teaching literacy and the importance of good teaching habit after getting Mr. Yu’s feedback. They said they will promote their development from text interpretation, teaching design, and classroom organization. We hope that Mr. Yu could come to NFLSFC to give guidance to our teachers and help early-career teachers to boost their skills and professional development.
