12月9日下午,南外方山分校邀請江寧區(qū)教科室汪圣龍主任做了題為《教科研促進教師專業(yè)發(fā)展》的精彩講座,為全校教師帶來一場教科研的盛宴。
On the afternoon of December 9th, NFLSFC invited Wang Shenglong, director of Jiangning Teaching-as-Research Section, to give a wonderful lecture entitled “Teaching-as-Research Promotes Teachers’ Professional Development”. The event was a “teaching-as-research feast” for those in attendance.
前不久,我校11項市、區(qū)級課題同時完成開題,汪圣龍主任作為受邀專家為課題組帶來了指導,精準、精彩、精妙的點評,讓開題現場的老師受益匪淺、收獲滿滿。目前,我校第一屆校級課題正處于結題階段,第二屆校級課題申報工作啟動。汪主任的講座如一場及時雨,幫助教師更好地思考教學與科研,做好科研工作。
Recently, 11 municipal and district-level projects have been set up at our school. Director Wang Shenglong was invited to give guidance to teachers. All the attendees learned a great deal from his speech. At present, the first school-level projects are going to be completed, and the second school-level projects application has started. Director Wang’s lecture was given as a godsend, helping teachers to think better about teaching and research and do a good job in education and research.
講座中,汪圣龍主任圍繞“教育科研是實現教育理想的有效途徑,教育科研是教師幸福工作的必由之路”這一主題,結合理論知識和現實實踐,深入淺出地闡述了教師開展教育科研工作的必要性和重要性。他強調,教育科研能力是新世紀教師必備的專業(yè)素質,教師要用科學的方法研究教育教學工作中遇到的問題,提升教育質量,提高工作效率。
Director Wang Shenglong focused on “Educational research is an effective way to realize the ideal of education, and educational research is the only way for teachers to work for happiness”. In the talk, he used real-life examples and gave simple, yet pertinent advice. This helped to bring teachers’ attention to the importance of educational research. He emphasized that education and research is a necessary professional skill for teachers who should use scientific methods to solve the problems in education and teaching, improve teaching practices, and improve work efficiency.
關于教師如何參與教育科研,汪主任提出了“三步走”的寶貴建議:首先要學習理論、拓寬視野,通過讀書計劃、讀書筆記、閱讀本專業(yè)期刊和個性書目等方式,在持續(xù)的閱讀中不斷豐富理論知識。其次要建立課題、積極探索,老師們要心懷問題意識,用心思考教育教學過程遇到的問題,透過教育現象,尋找研究契機。最后要善于思辨、提煉規(guī)律,在探究教育教學問題的過程中不斷反思總結,在總結提升中將平時的教育智慧形成文章。
Director Wang put forward “three-step” valuable suggestions to help the teachers to be engaged in education and research. He suggested the teachers learn about theories and broaden their horizons through reading plans, reading notes, reading professional journals and individual bibliographies to constantly enrich their theoretical knowledge. He hoped that teachers set up projects and explore- teachers must be aware of problems, think carefully about the problems when teaching, and look for research opportunities through educational phenomena. Finally, he emphasized that teachers must be good at reflective thinking as well as summarizing during the process of education to explore teaching problems for educational wisdom writing.
汪主任認為應該大力推行“教師教科研”,拉近教師與教科研之間的距離,為廣大教師找到了合適的教科研方式,相信只要教師在工作中用科研的眼光和態(tài)度對待工作,將教育作為自己熱愛的事業(yè),就能擁有品質的教育生活,最終成為學者型的教師。
Director Wang believes that teachers attach great importance on education and research to find suitable teaching and research methods. He thinks that as long as teachers treat their work with a scientific research perspective and attitude while taking education as a career that they love, they can have a high-quality life as a teacher and eventually become a scholar-type teacher.
會后,參加本次講座的教師們紛紛表示,汪主任生動的講述、深刻的見解不僅讓他們對課題的申報和論文的撰寫有了更加清晰的認識,而且對目前正在著手研究的課題也有不少啟發(fā)。相信老師們在今后的教育科研活動中,會不斷提高自身專業(yè)素養(yǎng),成為出色的教育者和研究者,收獲教育工作的幸福感。
After the meeting, the attendees said that Director Wang’s vivid remarks and profound insights not only make them know clearly about the application of projects and the writing of paper, but also inspired them. We believe that teachers will continue to boost their professional skills in future educational research activities, become outstanding educators and researchers, and improve the happiness as educators.
