窗外寒雨飄飛,屋內(nèi)暖意融融。12月2日下午,以“青春·成長(zhǎng)·奮斗”為主題的全校教職工大會(huì)在千人劇場(chǎng)召開(kāi)。會(huì)議由教研管理中心主任柳詠梅老師主持。
On the afternoon of December 2nd, NFLSFC held a meeting entitled “Youth, Growth, Struggle” in the lecture hall. The meeting was presided over by Liu Yongmei, director of the Teaching and Research Management Center.
會(huì)議的第一個(gè)議程是師徒結(jié)對(duì)儀式。師徒結(jié)對(duì)工作,為青年教師的發(fā)展提供平臺(tái),為青年教師的成長(zhǎng)搭設(shè)支架。經(jīng)過(guò)教研組、年級(jí)組的慎重安排,教學(xué)管理中心、學(xué)生發(fā)展中心匯總審核,最后校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)批準(zhǔn),今年學(xué)校聘請(qǐng)了47位具有豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)的教師擔(dān)任教學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師,13位教師擔(dān)任德育指導(dǎo)教師,這其中有16位是來(lái)自南外本部以正高級(jí)教師、特級(jí)教師陳懿老師和特級(jí)教師朱勝?gòu)?qiáng)老師為核心的指導(dǎo)教師團(tuán)隊(duì)。
The event began with the mentoring ceremony. Receiving guidance and training from senior-level teachers helps boost early-career teachers’ professional skills. After careful arrangements by the teaching and research group and grade group, the teaching management center and the student development center have reviewed and reviewed, and finally approved by the school leaders. NFLSFC has invited 47 teachers with rich experience as teaching instructors and 13 teachers as moral education instructors. There are 16 instructors from NFLS, with renowned senior teacher Chen Yi and renowned teacher Zhu Shengqiang as the core.

Director Zhang Yu of the Teaching Management Center and Director Xie Fei of the Student Development Center announced the names of teaching and moral education mentors.
南外方山分校朱善萍校長(zhǎng)、周世東書(shū)記、宋長(zhǎng)杰副校長(zhǎng)、李小福副校長(zhǎng)、Martin副校長(zhǎng)和陳禮斌副校長(zhǎng)為指導(dǎo)教師們頒發(fā)聘書(shū)。
Principal Zhu Shanping, Secretary Zhou Shidong, Vice Principal Song Changjie, Vice Principal Li Xiaofu, Vice Principal Martin and Vice Principal Chen Libin awarded mentors the certificates.
指導(dǎo)教師代表劉士友老師做了精彩發(fā)言。劉老師結(jié)合自己的教學(xué)成長(zhǎng)提出“四多成長(zhǎng)法”,與青年教師們共勉。一是多讀書(shū),結(jié)合自己的專(zhuān)業(yè),選取一個(gè)基本點(diǎn)進(jìn)行突破,做到學(xué)有所專(zhuān)。二要多積累自己的教學(xué)作品,從認(rèn)真完成“三優(yōu)”作業(yè)做起。三是多去反思和總結(jié)自己的教學(xué)實(shí)踐,假以時(shí)日,必有所成。四是要多開(kāi)公開(kāi)課磨練自己。堅(jiān)持做下去,必能成為“有思想,有文章,有好課,有成績(jī)”的“四有”年輕好老師!
Liu Shiyou gave a wonderful speech on behalf of the mentors. Mr. Liu shared the “Four Methods of Growth” based on his own development- the first method is to read more about one’s own major to make a breakthrough; the second is to accumulate more of actual classroom situations, starting from the “Three Excellent” homework; the third is to reflect on and summarize teaching practice to achieve something; the fourth is to deliver more demonstration classes to boost teaching skills. Mr. Liu said early-career teachers will become outstanding teachers if they keep developing their professional skills.
肖薇老師作為青年教師代表發(fā)言并表態(tài)。她分享了自己開(kāi)學(xué)以來(lái)在南外方山分校體會(huì)到的責(zé)任和壓力;感受到的關(guān)懷和幫助;收獲的溫暖和幸福。她認(rèn)為,班主任工作是一門(mén)藝術(shù),一門(mén)值得研究的學(xué)問(wèn)。新班主任,有理想有激情有闖勁,但缺乏經(jīng)驗(yàn),指導(dǎo)教師幫助新班主任們更準(zhǔn)確、細(xì)致、全面地把握班級(jí)情況,加強(qiáng)班級(jí)管理,建設(shè)優(yōu)秀班級(jí)。年輕教師會(huì)勤奮努力,走出穩(wěn)健、堅(jiān)實(shí)、寬闊的德育之路。
Xiao Wei then spoke on behalf of early-career teachers. She shared the responsibility and pressure she has experienced at NFLSFC the care and help she felt; the warmth and happiness she gained. She believes that being a homeroom teacher is a kind of art that worth studying- the new homeroom teachers are ambitious, passionate but inexperienced. Ms. Xiao said early-career teachers will know about the class comprehensively, strengthen class management, and build an excellent class with the help of mentors. She believes early-career teachers will work hard to do their best in moral education.
會(huì)議的第二個(gè)議程是關(guān)于青年教師成長(zhǎng)規(guī)劃方案和科研工作的布置。柳詠梅老師為全校教職工解讀了學(xué)校制定的《青年教師成長(zhǎng)規(guī)劃方案》,對(duì)填寫(xiě)個(gè)人規(guī)劃表做了詳細(xì)地指導(dǎo)。她還著重就第二屆校本課題研究申報(bào)和獎(jiǎng)教金申報(bào)等工作進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明。
The second part of the meeting was early-career teachers’ growth plan and scientific research arrangements. Ms. Liu interpreted the “Early-career Teacher Growth Plan” for all staff members and gave detailed instructions on filling out the personal planning form. She also explained the second school-based project research application and teaching scholarship application.
李小福副校長(zhǎng)最后做了總結(jié)發(fā)言。他指出,青年教師一定要有主動(dòng)成長(zhǎng)的意識(shí)和積極的行動(dòng),尤其是工作的前三到五年時(shí)間,對(duì)自身教師職業(yè)發(fā)展有著非常重要的影響。他希望青年教師要能吃苦,靜心投入到教育教學(xué)工作中去,在教學(xué)實(shí)踐的過(guò)程中不斷磨練自己。同時(shí),要有職業(yè)規(guī)劃意識(shí),有明確的成長(zhǎng)目標(biāo),有一步一個(gè)腳印的踏實(shí)努力。更要珍惜師徒這份來(lái)之不易的緣份,珍惜在南外方山分校工作的這個(gè)緣分,在自己的工作崗位上不斷向前奮進(jìn)。
To conclude the event, Vice Principal Li Xiaofu gave a closing speech. He pointed out that early-career teachers must develop professional skills actively especially during the first three to five years, which had a very important impact on their own professional development. He also hoped that early-career teachers work hard and be dedicated to improve teaching practices. He hoped that teachers attach importance to professional development, be down-to-earth, cherish the relationship, as well as the opportunity to work at NFLSFC, and grow and improve as educators.
青春,是一段經(jīng)歷,最大的收獲是用心地走過(guò);青春,是一部電影,最美的演員是奮斗的自己。希望并祝愿南外方山分校所有的教師都能在最美的校園里,用心、用情演好讓自己大放光彩的精彩電影。
Youth is an experience for which you won’t be regretful; youth is a movie, and the most beautiful actor is you. It is hoped that all NFLSFC teachers can reach their full potential to become their personal best.
