11月18日下午，南京外國語學校方山分校開展校本研修培訓。南京市天印高級中學教師、安徽師范大學國培外聘專家吳賢友老師蒞臨我校做精彩講座。朱善萍校長、李小福副校長、Martin副校長、陳禮斌副校長以及全校教職工參加培訓。此次培訓由教研管理中心柳詠梅主任主持。

On the afternoon of November 18th, NFLSFC launched a school-based training. Wu Xianyou, a teacher from Nanjing Tianyin High School and an external expert from Anhui Normal University visited our school to give a wonderful lecture. Principal Zhu Shanping, Vice Principal Li Xiaofu, Vice Principal Martin, Vice Principal Chen Libin, alongside all staff members attended the event, which was presided over by Liu Yongmei, director of the Teaching and Research Management Center.

吳賢友老師帶來的講座題為《在閱讀中走向深邃與遼闊》。吳老師認為，理想的教育就是一群愛讀書的教師，領著一群孩子去閱讀各種各樣的書。校園應當是滿溢書香的，教師和孩子們在書香沐浴中共同成長。想讓學生愛讀書，每位教師首先要做好“讀書人”，應當具備美好的閱讀體驗和持久的閱讀習慣，并和學生一道努力踐行，陪著他們，慢慢變優(yōu)秀。

Mr. Wu gave a speech entitled "Being Knowledgeable and Profound By Reading More". Mr. Wu believes that the ideal education is a group of teachers who love to read leading a group of children to read various books so that the teachers and students can grow up together. He believed that every teacher should be a "reader" who have a good reading experience and habits first to make students love to read, and work hard with students to become excellent.

得天下英才而育之，是人生最美的事情之一，而改變一群孩子，讓他們學會并喜歡閱讀，引導他們走進閱讀之門亦是人生最美的事之一。喜愛閱讀，也要學會閱讀，掌握技巧與方法，譬如吳老師提到的“主題閱讀”，不同于打游擊式的零散閱讀，主題閱讀類似兵團作戰(zhàn)，規(guī)模大、曠日持久，需要閱讀者具備持之以恒的毅力。此外，吳老師還倡導讀寫結合、讀行結合，將閱讀拓寬到生活的方方面面。吳老師生動的講述、深刻的見解給老師們以很大啟發(fā)。

Educating talents from all over the world is one of the greatest things, so is guiding a group of children to love reading. If you like reading, you must also learn to read and master the skills and methods. For example, the "thematic reading" mentioned by Mr. Wu is different from reading occasionally. It means reading a lot and lasts for a long time just like "corps combat". In addition, Mr. Wu also advocated combining reading and writing and learn to practice. His vivid remarks and profound insights inspired the attendees a lot.

講座之后，柳詠梅主任宣讀了暑期讀寫活動的獲獎名單，共有48位教師獲得讀書筆記和教學敘事的獎項，李小福副校長、Martin副校長、陳禮斌副校長為獲獎者頒獎。

After the speech, Director Liu Yongmei announced the names of the summer literacy activity. 48 teachers won awards for reading notes and teaching narratives. Vice Principal Li Xiaofu, Vice Principal Martin, and Vice Principal Chen Libin presented awards to those teachers.

讀書不僅是學生的事，也是教師的事；不是一時的事，應是一世的事。本次校本研修培訓的舉行，啟發(fā)和指導老師們多讀書，進一步提高教育教學水平，提升理論素養(yǎng)。愿每一位教師都能夠在閱讀中走向深邃與遼闊。

All the teachers and students should develop a good lifelong reading habit. This school-based training has inspired and instructed teachers to read more and further improve teaching practice and educational outcomes. It's hoped every teacher can be knowledgeable and profound by reading more.
