為進(jìn)一步貫徹落實(shí)中國(guó)少年先鋒隊(duì)第八次全國(guó)代表大會(huì)的會(huì)議精神，充分發(fā)揮少先隊(duì)立德樹人的作用，11月6日，南京外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校方山分校召開了少先隊(duì)第二次代表大會(huì)暨大隊(duì)委競(jìng)選活動(dòng)。

On November 6th, NFLSFC held a series of activities for the Second Young Pioneers Team Competition to call on the young pioneers to learn about the 8th National Congress of the Young Pioneers of China, provide moral guidance and be role models.

學(xué)校大隊(duì)委選舉工作始終秉承“自選、自建、自管”的原則，本次大隊(duì)委候選人由各班中隊(duì)通過(guò)報(bào)名、競(jìng)選演講、民主投票的方式產(chǎn)生，共有24名品學(xué)兼優(yōu)、組織管理能力突出的少先隊(duì)員脫穎而出。正式競(jìng)選前，候選人們通過(guò)宣傳海報(bào)、拉票演講對(duì)正式競(jìng)選投票演講進(jìn)行一次次實(shí)踐，讓同學(xué)們?nèi)媪私庾约?。在這期間，同中隊(duì)同學(xué)對(duì)候選人的竭力支持、候選人熱情洋溢的演講、每場(chǎng)演講小觀眾的掌聲，無(wú)不展示出作為南京外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校方山分校小學(xué)生所應(yīng)有的團(tuán)結(jié)、友愛(ài)、朝氣蓬勃的精神面貌，讓老師與同學(xué)們都格外期待少先隊(duì)代表大會(huì)暨大隊(duì)委競(jìng)選活動(dòng)的到來(lái)。

The event, which involved student elections, maintained the standards of self-election, self-development, and self-management throughout. Each class put forward their candidates, who then gave a campaign speech. Finally, 24 candidates were elected. All elected candidates were chosen for performing well academically, alongside being capable in terms of organizational and management abilities. The candidates each created campaign posters and gave speeches to help spread their message and win the hearts of potential voters. During this period, NFLSFC primary school students showed their spirit of working as a team, being kind and energetic- the classmates showed their support, and the candidates delivered enthusiastic speeches with the audience giving a round of applause. The teachers and students were looking forward to the Young Pioneers Congress and the Young Pioneers Team Competition.

經(jīng)過(guò)前期細(xì)致的準(zhǔn)備，終于迎來(lái)了11月6日少先隊(duì)第二次代表大會(huì)暨大隊(duì)委競(jìng)選活動(dòng)。南京外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校方山分校周世東書記、陳禮斌副校長(zhǎng)、少先大隊(duì)輔導(dǎo)員蘭文洋老師、家長(zhǎng)代表等參加了此次活動(dòng)。

On November 6th, the event for the Second Young Pioneers Team Competition was held at NFLSFC. Secretary Zhou Shidong, Vice Principal Chen Libin, Lan Wenyang, the instructor, and parent representatives attended the event.

伴隨著出旗曲，中國(guó)少年先鋒隊(duì)隊(duì)旗在旗手的護(hù)衛(wèi)下緩緩入場(chǎng)。會(huì)場(chǎng)響起了中國(guó)少年先鋒隊(duì)隊(duì)歌《我們是共產(chǎn)主義接班人》，少先隊(duì)員們神情莊嚴(yán)，認(rèn)真歌唱。

Student members of the Young Pioneers took to the stage holding the organization's flag, accompanied of the "flag song". All the young pioneers sang the Young Pioneers team song, "We Are Proponents of Socialism".

周世東書記為此次活動(dòng)致辭，他充分肯定了同學(xué)們?cè)诖舜位顒?dòng)中展現(xiàn)出的熱情。他強(qiáng)調(diào)，全體少先隊(duì)員們要做到“四愛(ài)四美”，為胸前飄揚(yáng)的紅領(lǐng)巾增光添彩。要愛(ài)祖國(guó)，熱愛(ài)中華民族，熱愛(ài)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨，做社會(huì)主義事業(yè)合格的建設(shè)者和接班人；要愛(ài)師長(zhǎng)和同學(xué)，心懷感恩之心，感恩父母和師長(zhǎng)，對(duì)身邊的同學(xué)也要有關(guān)愛(ài)之心，共同進(jìn)步；要愛(ài)科學(xué)，新時(shí)代科技的發(fā)展日新月異，同學(xué)們要努力學(xué)好知識(shí)和技能，長(zhǎng)大后才能更好地為祖國(guó)和人民服務(wù)；要愛(ài)運(yùn)動(dòng)，學(xué)校為同學(xué)們提供了豐富且優(yōu)質(zhì)的運(yùn)動(dòng)環(huán)境和課程，同學(xué)們?cè)谶\(yùn)動(dòng)的過(guò)程中要養(yǎng)成陽(yáng)光向上的心態(tài)。同時(shí)，周世東書記希望全體少先隊(duì)員們要做到心靈美，樹立遠(yuǎn)大理想，為中華民族的偉大復(fù)興而不懈努力；要做到行為美，講文明、懂禮貌，自覺(jué)遵守各項(xiàng)行為規(guī)范；要做到語(yǔ)言美，不斷學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)的文化，緊跟時(shí)代前行，做社會(huì)文明的見(jiàn)證者和倡導(dǎo)者；要做到儀表美，儀容儀表，美之始也，同學(xué)們?cè)谌粘W(xué)習(xí)生活中要規(guī)范自身的儀容儀表，真正展示出具有中國(guó)靈魂世界胸懷的現(xiàn)代英才應(yīng)有的風(fēng)采。

Afterwards, Secretary Zhou Shidong delivered a speech. He fully affirmed students' enthusiasm and emphasized that all the young pioneers must achieve "four loves and four beauties" to be proud of their "red scarves", which represent their membership as part of the Young Pioneers. He hoped students to love the motherland, the Chinese nation, the Communist Party of China, and be qualified builders and proponents of socialism; he hoped students to love teachers and classmates, be grateful to their parents and teachers. Secretary Zhou also hoped students to love science, work hard to develop themselves so that they can better serve the motherland and the people. He hoped the students to love sports- our school has provided students with good environment and varied courses, and the students should be positive. Secretary Zhou Shidong hoped that all the young pioneers set their sights high and make unremitting efforts for China's rejuvenation; the students should be civilized, be polite, be disciplined, keep learning, be a witness and advocate of social civilization and pay attention to their daily appearance to show the style of modern talents with Chinese soul and global vision.

少先大隊(duì)輔導(dǎo)員蘭文洋老師用一份細(xì)致全面的工作報(bào)告對(duì)2019-2020年少先大隊(duì)工作進(jìn)行了回顧，對(duì)上一屆少先隊(duì)大隊(duì)委的辛勤工作給予了充分的肯定，同時(shí)也對(duì)新一年少先隊(duì)工作做出了展望。

Ms. Lan presented work undertaken by young pioneers since the beginning of the 2019-2020 academic year. She fully affirmed their hard work and hoped the new young pioneers to do a good job.

此次少先隊(duì)大隊(duì)委的競(jìng)選環(huán)節(jié)包括競(jìng)選演講和才藝展示兩個(gè)部分。24位競(jìng)選者按照抽簽順序依次上臺(tái)。在競(jìng)選演講部分，他們從容淡定、氣宇軒昂，演說(shuō)內(nèi)容將優(yōu)秀的自己立體的呈現(xiàn)了出來(lái)，同時(shí)還展現(xiàn)出對(duì)勝任大隊(duì)委工作的自信與期望。在才藝展示部分，詩(shī)歌朗誦，擲地有聲；器樂(lè)演奏，聲聲悅耳；舞蹈表演，精彩絕倫；舞臺(tái)劇表演，生動(dòng)有趣……贏得了全場(chǎng)師生的陣陣掌聲。

The campaign event for the Young Pioneers consisted of two parts: a series of campaign speeches and a talent show. Each of the 24 candidates came to the stage, drawing lots to decide the running order. During the speeches, the candidates were calm and confident to give their very best. The talent show was exceptional, with a range of wonderful performances including poetry recitation, music,dance, and drama, each of which were received with great applause.

本次競(jìng)選投票依舊采用“豆選”方式，每一位少先隊(duì)員將手中的“黃豆選票”投給了心儀的候選人，在由家長(zhǎng)代表?yè)?dān)任的計(jì)票監(jiān)督員公平、公正的監(jiān)督下，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)選舉產(chǎn)生了13名新一屆少先隊(duì)大隊(duì)委。陳禮斌副校長(zhǎng)當(dāng)場(chǎng)宣布了南京外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校方山分校新一屆小學(xué)大隊(duì)委員名單。

Each young pioneer was given "beans" to use as their "ballot", and then they give the "beans" to candidates they thought would be most suitable. In order to ensure the election was conducted fairly, parent representatives supervised the voting process and counted the ballots. After the ballots had been counted, Vice Principal Chen Libin announced the newly elected 13 committee members of NFLSFC Primary School.

本次活動(dòng)組建了新一屆少先隊(duì)大隊(duì)委，充分展現(xiàn)了南京外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校方山分校少先隊(duì)員們的風(fēng)采，從小培養(yǎng)隊(duì)員的責(zé)任與擔(dān)當(dāng)意識(shí)。相信新的一屆大隊(duì)委員定能發(fā)揚(yáng)少先隊(duì)“誠(chéng)實(shí)、勇敢、團(tuán)結(jié)、活潑”的光榮傳統(tǒng)，帶領(lǐng)同學(xué)們立志樹德、勇敢前行，為中華民族偉大復(fù)興接力奮斗！

This event played a crucial role in setting up the primary school's new Young Pioneers Team Committee and helped to show the young pioneers' style. It's believed that the new members would carry on the tradition of being honest, brave, united and energetic to be parts of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation!
