課堂是提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的主抓手,是教學(xué)常規(guī)管理的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。10月14日,南京外國語學(xué)校方山分校教學(xué)管理中心聯(lián)合教學(xué)督導(dǎo)中心、教育研究中心以及各教研組長、年級組長、備課組長開展“推門聽課”活動,深入了解課堂教學(xué)。
The classroom is the "focus" of teaching practices and teaching routine management. On October 14, NFLSFC Teaching Management Center, Teaching Supervision Center, Education and Research Center, alongside other key members of staff including subject, grade, and lesson preparation group leaders developed a greater understanding of NFLSFC teachers' professional skills by observing classes.
活動當(dāng)天,老師們精心準(zhǔn)備、認真組織,呈現(xiàn)出了一節(jié)節(jié)精彩絕倫的課堂。學(xué)生們在老師的引導(dǎo)下,神采奕奕,聚精會神地聽課,課堂和諧、生動、活潑又井然有序。老師時而板書,時而提問;學(xué)生們時而沉思,時而奮筆記錄……如秋陽透過窗子灑進教室般的美好。
On the very day, the teachers carefully prepared, giving wonderful and engaging lessons. Under the guidance of the teacher, students were active and listening attentively. Beautiful blackboard designs, timely inspiration with students thinking and noting, it was as beautiful as the clear sunshine pouring into the classroom through the windows.
通過開展此次活動,教學(xué)管理中心、教學(xué)督導(dǎo)中心、教育研究中心更清晰地了解學(xué)校老師的課前準(zhǔn)備和課堂組織情況;年級組長更好地了解本年級任課老師的備課、上課以及學(xué)生的聽課等狀態(tài);教研組長、備課組長也能夠更好地掌握老師對教研組、備課組計劃的執(zhí)行情況,從而為更加務(wù)實地開展下一階段的工作提供有力的支撐。他山之石、可以攻玉,聽課老師也多了一個互學(xué)互鑒、提高自己的機會。南外方山分校將繼續(xù)堅持抓好課堂陣地,有效提升教師們的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)和能力,促進教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量邁向新臺階。
The Teaching Management Center, Teaching Supervision Center and Education and Research Center had a clearer understanding of how teachers prepared before each lesson and how they arranged the classroom, as well as the students' performance during the classes. The subject and lesson preparation group leaders could also know the situation on implementing the teaching plan to provide greater support for the next phase of teaching. It is said that one can improve oneself by taking advice from a variety of sources, so teachers could take this opportunity to learn from each other and improve themselves. NFLSFC teachers will continue to work hard to boost their professional skills, pursue high-quality educational outcomes and further improve the teaching.
