為促進學(xué)生全面發(fā)展，不斷提升學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康水平，進一步推進陽光體育大課間活動。10月16日下午，南京外國語學(xué)校方山分校舉行了第三屆“陽光大課間”比賽活動。
On the afternoon of October 16th, NFLSFC held a series of competition as part of the third sports festival. The event was held in order to further encourage students to be physically active between classes. It is hoped that the event will also be a platform to show the students' healthy lifestyles and enhance the all-round development of students.

此次活動以班級為參賽單位，伴隨著歡快而富有節(jié)奏音樂聲，同學(xué)們著裝整齊、口號嘹亮、精神飽滿、斗志昂揚，一伸手，一抬腿，每一式都剛勁有力、整齊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，規(guī)范的動作以及飽滿的精神風(fēng)貌，博得評委老師和同學(xué)們的嘖嘖贊嘆，充分展現(xiàn)了南外方山分校學(xué)子朝氣蓬勃、團結(jié)一致的精神風(fēng)貌。
The students, dressed in uniform, shouted mottos and quickly took their positions for the competition. The participants were eager to display their talents, motivated by the rousing accompanying music, which reflected their energy and demonstrated their ability to work together. The audience and judges were astounded by the meticulous performances.
周世東書記充分肯定了此次陽光大課間比賽活動，認(rèn)為此次活動熱烈有序、精彩圓滿，展現(xiàn)出了南外方山分校學(xué)子的青春活力、團結(jié)一致的精氣神。周世東書記指出，近日，中共中央辦公廳、國務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)了《關(guān)于全面加強和改進新時代學(xué)校體育工作的意見》，這進一步強調(diào)了體育在中小學(xué)教育教學(xué)中的重要意義，把學(xué)校體育工作擺在更加突出位置。學(xué)校此次體育節(jié)安排了一系列精彩紛呈的活動，希望同學(xué)們要重視體育鍛煉，樂享運動、增強體質(zhì)、健全人格、錘煉意志；要在體育活動的過程中形成奮發(fā)向上、頑強拼搏、團結(jié)協(xié)作的意志品質(zhì)；要帶著今天的認(rèn)真和熱情投入到每日的陽光大課間活動中，努力成為德智體美勞全面發(fā)展的新時代好少年。
To conclude the event, Secretary Zhou Shidong gave a closing speech. He fully affirmed the Sunshine Sports Competition, saying that this event was well-organized to show students' energy and ability to work together. Secretary Zhou also pointed out that the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued a document entitled the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era", which further emphasized the importance of physical education in elementary and high school. He said our school has offered a series of exciting activities, hoping that students could pay more attention to physical exercise, enjoy sports, strengthen physical fitness and willpower. He hoped the students could be hard-working, united, cooperative and enthusiastic, striving to become moral, intelligent, healthy, astute and hard-working teenagers.

此次活動的開展進一步培養(yǎng)了同學(xué)們熱愛體育、崇尚運動的健康觀念和良好習(xí)慣，營造了陽光運動、積極鍛煉的良好氛圍。南京外國語學(xué)校方山分校在開齊開足體育課的基礎(chǔ)上，不斷創(chuàng)新陽光大課間體育活動內(nèi)容，根據(jù)學(xué)生的身心特點，將Tabata等創(chuàng)新元素融入進了大課間體育活動，鼓勵學(xué)生走向操場、走進大自然、走到陽光下，享受運動之美，讓陽光體育運動惠及每一個學(xué)生。
This activity further raised the students' awareness of loving and enjoying sports, helped them to develop good habits, and created a good atmosphere of sunny exercise and active exercise. NFLSFC has continuously innovated sports activities between classes by integrating Tabata into the sports activities according to the physical and mental characteristics of students, encouraging students to enjoy sports.
