9月24日，南外方山分校的全體初中語(yǔ)文老師到南京市紫東實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校參加玄武區(qū)的教研活動(dòng)。活動(dòng)結(jié)束后，南外本部初三備課組的呂靜老師給南外方山分校的語(yǔ)文老師們做了日常備課和中考復(fù)習(xí)的專(zhuān)題指導(dǎo)。
On September 24th, NFLSFC Junior High Chinese participated in workshop held in Nanjing Zidong Experimental School. After the activity, Lv Mei, the NFLS Chinese teacher, gave guidance on daily lesson preparation and review arrangements of the senior high school entrance examination.
對(duì)日常備課，呂老師指出，要在獨(dú)立備課的基礎(chǔ)上，多及時(shí)溝通，隨時(shí)交流，優(yōu)秀的教學(xué)資源共享，促進(jìn)全組教師的業(yè)務(wù)提高。
She pointed out that the teachers should have lesson preparation independently at first, and then share ideas and teaching resource with other members, promoting all the Chinese teachers’ professional development.
關(guān)于中考復(fù)習(xí)指導(dǎo)，呂老師全面細(xì)致地介紹了初三整個(gè)學(xué)年的教學(xué)進(jìn)度，何時(shí)進(jìn)行第一、二輪復(fù)習(xí)，何時(shí)開(kāi)始梳理課本，何時(shí)講解《中考指導(dǎo)用書(shū)》的內(nèi)容，讓南外方山分校全體初中語(yǔ)文老師尤其是正在教初三的老師們做到心中有數(shù)，提前規(guī)劃。呂老師提到，學(xué)生們最好自備一本整理本，在老師的帶領(lǐng)下，對(duì)課本中語(yǔ)言基礎(chǔ)部分的知識(shí)進(jìn)行全面的梳理，做到鞏固所學(xué)，夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。她強(qiáng)調(diào)，師生一定要充分利用《中考指導(dǎo)用書(shū)》，這本書(shū)也是后期復(fù)習(xí)的重要依據(jù)，教師要做到精講各種文體的閱讀、多做方法指導(dǎo)，作文要盡量面批。最后，呂靜老師解答了在座教師提出的疑惑。呂老師精當(dāng)豐富、有實(shí)用性的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)，令在座教師受益匪淺。
She also gave a comprehensive and detailed introduction to the teaching arrangements for Grade 9 as for when to conduct the first and second rounds of review, when to sort out the textbook, and when to explain the Guiding Book for Senior High School Entrance Examination, letting all NFLSFC Junior High Chinese teachers, especially those who are teaching Grade 9 students be aware of the teaching content and plan ahead. Ms. Lv mentioned that it was best for students to have a compilation book. Under the guidance of the teacher, they can comprehensively sort out the basic language knowledge in the textbook to consolidate what they have learned and lay a solid foundation. She emphasized that teachers and students must make full use of the Guiding Book for Senior High School Entrance Examination, which is also an important basis for review. She said teachers should learn about various styles of reading, give more method guidance, and try to check the writing face to face. Finally, Ms. Lv answered the doubts raised by the attendees who were deeply impressed by her brilliant and practical guidance.

On the afternoon of September 24th, Ms. Duan, the NFLS math teacher, gave guidance on senior high school entrance examination. All Junior High math teachers attended the event.
段老師從中考一輪復(fù)習(xí)講到二輪復(fù)習(xí)，詳細(xì)介紹了南外本部的中考復(fù)習(xí)進(jìn)度和復(fù)習(xí)方法，并推薦了他們使用的一些教輔材料。她說(shuō)到：“對(duì)于基礎(chǔ)薄弱的同學(xué)，專(zhuān)題復(fù)習(xí)會(huì)有難度，所以要對(duì)專(zhuān)題內(nèi)容進(jìn)行拆分，從初一、初二的章節(jié)復(fù)習(xí)課就開(kāi)始慢慢的滲透與中考相關(guān)的知識(shí)點(diǎn)。這樣在初三進(jìn)行二輪的專(zhuān)題復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)，他們?cè)俅斡龅骄筒粫?huì)一臉茫然，課堂效果也會(huì)更好?！彼€強(qiáng)調(diào)：“備課組一定要統(tǒng)一教學(xué)進(jìn)度、教學(xué)內(nèi)容和課后作業(yè)，大家分工合作，共同進(jìn)退。”
Ms. Duan gave detailed introduction on NFLS’s review arrangements and recommended some supplementary materials used by them. She said it would be difficult for students with weak foundations to have the topic review, so it’s better to help students get to grips with the knowledge points related to senior high school entrance examination when delivered review lessons. In the second round of thematic review of Grade 9, they will be aware of what they have learned and the classroom effect will be better. She also emphasized that teachers of the same lesson preparation group should work as a team to have same teaching arrangements, teaching content and homework.
段老師發(fā)言結(jié)束后，教學(xué)督導(dǎo)中心陳金德主任總結(jié)發(fā)言，就我校初一、初二和初三年級(jí)的教育教學(xué)工作與中考備考情況進(jìn)行了座談交流，他指出：“怎么把本部的經(jīng)驗(yàn)用到南外方山分校，是值得好好去思考的問(wèn)題，決不能照搬照抄，一定要結(jié)合學(xué)情，每天進(jìn)步一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)，中考才會(huì)進(jìn)步一大步”。
Chen Jinde, director of the Teaching Supervision Center, gave a closing speech on Junior High educational outcomes and teaching practices and the preparation for the senior high school entrance examination. He said that it’s important to think about how to put NFLS’s experience into practice and the students can make great progress if they make daily progress.
各年級(jí)的老師代表還就目前的教育教學(xué)困惑，提出了一些問(wèn)題，段老師也都耐心親切的給予了回答，并提出了寶貴意見(jiàn)和建議。
Ms. Duan also gave valuable advice on adversities the attendees have faced in their teaching.

9月24日下午，南外本部初一備課組的呂梅組長(zhǎng)蒞臨南外方山分校，為全體初中的英語(yǔ)老師們做了日常備課和中考復(fù)習(xí)指導(dǎo)的講座。關(guān)于集體備課，呂老師指出，集體備課根據(jù)實(shí)際授課情況進(jìn)行安排，但是工作一定要高度統(tǒng)一和細(xì)致。每一個(gè)課件都要精雕細(xì)琢，才能容易上手，實(shí)現(xiàn)課堂高效高質(zhì)。呂老師強(qiáng)調(diào)了年輕教師要發(fā)揮自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)，充分利用網(wǎng)上資源，選擇合適的視頻插入課件，激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣。
On the afternoon of September 24th, Lv Mei, the English leader of NFLS Grade 7, visited our school to give guidance to all Junior High English teachers on daily lesson preparation and review arrangements of the senior high school entrance examination. Ms. Lv pointed out that lesson preparation should be highly unified, meticulous arranged according to the actual teaching. All lesson materials must be carefully prepared for better understanding as well as high efficiency and quality in the classroom. Ms. Lv also emphasized that early-career teachers should make full use of their own advantages and online resources to stimulate students' interest.
對(duì)于教材，呂老師提供了本部的思路：以牛津課本為主，聯(lián)系到EIM中相似話題，進(jìn)行延申和自然閱讀結(jié)合。
Ms. Lv shared what NFLS teachers have done: focusing on Oxford Textbooks and linking to similar topics in EIM to develop students’ skills through reading.
關(guān)于中考復(fù)習(xí)指導(dǎo)，呂老師全面細(xì)致地解答了老師們的疑問(wèn)。呂老師強(qiáng)調(diào)要充分利用《南京市中考指導(dǎo)用書(shū)》。平時(shí)的試卷命題要求和南京市中考內(nèi)容、主題保持一致；研究知識(shí)點(diǎn)的考察方式，承載載體，比如中考選擇題的設(shè)置貼近熱點(diǎn)，中考閱讀理解話題貼近人與自我，人與自然等主題，確定主題的基礎(chǔ)之下再進(jìn)行具體題目的設(shè)置；同時(shí)也要研究中考英語(yǔ)試卷的變化。針對(duì)學(xué)生閱讀問(wèn)題，呂老師給出具體方法：初一開(kāi)始進(jìn)行名著閱讀，每周檢查；每周進(jìn)行兩篇完形，四篇閱讀。在寫(xiě)作方面，呂老師指導(dǎo)老師們先定好作文框架結(jié)構(gòu)，再調(diào)整改進(jìn)句型和詞匯，同時(shí)指出字體的重要性，功夫在平時(shí)，要求書(shū)寫(xiě)能達(dá)到賞心悅目的效果。最后，呂老師分享了一模二模三模進(jìn)度、習(xí)題課和小組學(xué)習(xí)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。呂老師豐富實(shí)用的經(jīng)驗(yàn)令老師們受益匪淺。
When it came to the review of the senior high school entrance examination, Ms. Lv gave detailed guidance. She emphasized the importance of the Guiding Book for Senior High School Entrance Examination, saying that setting questions should be consistent with the content and themes of the Nanjing Senior High School Entrance Examination. The teachers should figure out the setting of multiple-choice questions in senior high school entrance examination, and the topic of reading comprehension should be related to the topics of human and nature. At the same time, the teachers should pay attention to changes in the English test papers for the high school entrance examination. In terms of students’ reading problems, Ms. Lv gave specific guidance. The teachers should guide students in the reading of important and famous literary works and make weekly check, ask the students to do cloze test reading comprehension. In terms of writing, Ms. Lv instructed the teachers to first determine the composition structure, then help the students to polish the composition, pointing out the importance of handwriting. Finally, Ms. Lv shared the arrangements of three model tests, exercise lessons and group learning. NFLSFC teachers gained a lot from attending the workshop.
本次系列指導(dǎo)活動(dòng)為學(xué)校進(jìn)一步做好初三教育教學(xué)工作指明了方向，本部老師們分享的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和建議也將進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)學(xué)校教育教學(xué)工作邁向新臺(tái)階。
