第36屆教師節(jié),兩節(jié)生動的研究課 ——南外本部鄒正校長親臨南外方山分校深入課堂聽課指導(dǎo)

秋色如畫,金風(fēng)送爽。9月10日,正值第36屆教師節(jié)到來之際,南京外國語學(xué)校本部鄒正校長深入我校初中教學(xué)一線,聽取和指導(dǎo)了初三語文和化學(xué)的課堂教學(xué)。南京外國語學(xué)校方山分校朱善萍校長、周世東書記、李小福副校長也一起隨堂聽課。

The autumn scenery is picturesque and the breeze is cool. On September 10th, the 36th Teacher's Day, Zou Zeng, Principal of NFLS, observed lessons in NFLSFC Junior High, giving feedback on Grade 9 Chinese and chemistry. Principal Zhu Shanping, Secretary Zhou Shidong, and Vice Principal Li Xiaofu also attended the open classes.

 

詩歌是精神的氧氣。胡悅老師講授了詩人穆旦在昆明西南聯(lián)大的大學(xué)時代所寫的《我看》。課堂上,胡老師通過誦讀幫助學(xué)生體會詩歌語言凝練、準(zhǔn)確的特點,理解詩歌內(nèi)容;通過對詩歌兩部分的思辨幫助學(xué)生理解“看”與“思”的關(guān)系,體會詩人對大自然萬物的贊美之情,感受生命的真諦;通過賞讀學(xué)生詩歌作品激勵同學(xué)們展開創(chuàng)作。胡老師在授課過程中充分結(jié)合“活動·探究”單元任務(wù)清單,實現(xiàn)單元整合教學(xué),整個課堂氣氛活躍,孩子們收獲滿滿。

Poetry is important for spirit. Ms. Hu gave a demonstration class on "Enjoy the Scenery" written by Mu Dan in his college days at The National SouthWest Associated University. Ms. Hu helped the students understand the pithy and accurate words and the content of the poem through reading. She helped the students understand the relationship between "seeing" and "thinking" through critical thinking; thus the students could understand the poet's praise of nature and feel the true meaning of life. Ms. Hu also encouraged students to make their own poetry by sharing some students' poems. The lesson had a relaxed atmosphere and the students learned a lot, with Ms. Hu fully integrating the lesson .

氧氣是生命的必須。陸周華老師講授的是《制備氧氣》。陸老師以抗“疫”過程中醫(yī)療急救的真實故事引出氧氣制備的主題。授課過程中將實驗室制氧氣的原理、裝置、步驟等知識點串聯(lián),讓學(xué)生親自動手制備氧氣并對收集的氧氣進(jìn)行檢驗,以實驗促教學(xué),深化化學(xué)核心素養(yǎng)。陸老師通過在實驗中加強學(xué)生對實驗裝置特點的分析及規(guī)范實驗操作的理解,給人留下了深刻的印象。

Oxygen is essential for life. Mr. Lu gave a demonstration class on "the Preparation of Oxygen". Mr. Lu introduced the topic of oxygen preparation based on the real story of medical emergency during the coronavirus epidemic. He connected the knowledge points such as the principles, devices, and procedures of oxygen production in the laboratory and encouraged students to prepare and inspect the collected oxygen by themselves, promoting teaching with experiments and fulfilling core concepts of chemistry. Mr. Lu has left a deep impression by strengthening the students' understanding of the characteristics of the experimental device and standardizing the operation of the experiment.

在聽課過程中,鄒正校長認(rèn)真記錄,仔細(xì)觀察教師教學(xué)的每一個環(huán)節(jié)、學(xué)生聽課的每一個細(xì)節(jié)。聽課結(jié)束后,他還與授課教師進(jìn)行了深入的交流,為教師課堂改革及專業(yè)水平發(fā)展提出了寶貴的建議。

Principal Zou Zheng listened attentively and took detailed observation notes. After the classes, he also gave detailed feedback and specific guidance to the teachers, putting forward valuable suggestions for teaching reform and teachers' professional development.

專家引領(lǐng)明方向,聽課評課促成長。通過專家指導(dǎo)、隨堂聽課、認(rèn)真評課等一系列措施,南外方山分校堅持抓好課堂陣地,有效提升了教師們的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)和能力,促進(jìn)教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量邁向新臺階。

NFLSFC insisted on improving as teachers partake in professional development activities such as receiving guidance and feedback from senior-level teachers and conducting observations to pursue high quality educational outcomes and teaching practices.
