為提升全體教職員工的法治意識(shí)，促進(jìn)學(xué)校管理科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化、法制化，營(yíng)造和諧文明的校園環(huán)境，南京外國(guó)語學(xué)校方山分校扎實(shí)有效地開展了系列法制講座活動(dòng)。

Recently, NFLSFC invited several lawyers to give talks on legal matters, helping to improve our staff's awareness of ruling by law, and to promote the scientific, standardized and legal management of the school, creating a harmonious and civilized campus.

5月22日，江蘇省律協(xié)政府法律顧問委員會(huì)主任、江蘇豐典律師事務(wù)所李越峰主任律師對(duì)學(xué)校中層以上管理人員作了題為《民辦學(xué)校法律風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范》的主題講座。李律師從民辦學(xué)校常見法律問題、民辦學(xué)校法律糾紛的現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn)和民辦學(xué)校法律糾紛涉及的焦點(diǎn)問題這三個(gè)方面切入，通過真實(shí)案例，聯(lián)系實(shí)際，以案釋法，以法論事，豐富了學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和中層管理干部的法律知識(shí)，提升了他們依法治校的法律意識(shí)，有利于學(xué)校各項(xiàng)工作進(jìn)一步規(guī)范化。

On May 22, Li Yuefeng, the director of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Law Association Government and Jiangsu Fengdian Law Office, gave a speech entitled “Prevention of Legal Risks in Private Schools” to school administrators. His speech consisted of three sections: common legal issues in private schools, the general nature and characteristics of legal disputes in private schools, and the main focal points of legal disputes in private schools. He used real-life examples to interpret the laws in question, enriching school leaders and administrators’ legal knowledge, whilst also enhancing their legal consciousness in terms of school management. This will help to standardize our school's work.

5月27日，德國(guó)康斯坦茨大學(xué)訪問學(xué)者、江蘇豐典律師事務(wù)所張一雄博士蒞臨我校并為全體教職員工作了題為《基礎(chǔ)教育法規(guī)基本知識(shí)及依法治教實(shí)踐》的主題講座。張博士從教育政策法規(guī)知識(shí)素養(yǎng)、現(xiàn)行教育法律法規(guī)、教育法相關(guān)理論及適用范圍和教育法理論在實(shí)踐中的運(yùn)用這四個(gè)方面展開，通過對(duì)教育法律法規(guī)的生動(dòng)介紹和闡釋，幫助全體教職員工進(jìn)一步提升依法治教和依法育人的法律素養(yǎng)。

On May 27, Dr. Zhang Yixiong, a visiting scholar from University of Konstanz in Germany and a lawyer from Jiangsu Fengdian Law Office, came to NFLSFC to give a lecture entitled “Foundational Knowledge of Basic Education Laws and the Practice of Governing Teaching by Law” to all staff. His speech covered four topics: knowledge of education policies and regulations, current education laws and regulations, relevant theories and application of education law, and the application of education law theory. He gave a lively introduction to his speech, and his interpretation of education laws and regulations helped all our staff further enhance their legal literacy of teaching practices and management in accordance with the law.

通過開展此次系列活動(dòng)，進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)了全體教職員工的法治意識(shí)和素養(yǎng)，激發(fā)了全體教職員工學(xué)法、懂法、用法的主動(dòng)性和積極性，為營(yíng)造平安、法制、和諧、文明的校園環(huán)境奠定了強(qiáng)有力的基礎(chǔ)。

This series of activities further enhanced all our staff's legal awareness and literacy. The lectures also stimulated staff's enthusiasm to study, understand and use the law, laying a solid foundation for creating a safe, legal, harmonious and civilized campus.
