2020年1月8日,南京外國語學(xué)校方山分校第二屆教育論壇暨論文報(bào)告會(huì)在千人劇場隆重舉行,全體教職員工分享成果、碰撞思維、共同進(jìn)步,本次報(bào)告會(huì)的主題為“研究課堂,推進(jìn)教學(xué)”。
On January 8th 2020, NFLSFC held the 2nd Forum for Education Research and Paper Presentation, with the theme of "Studying the Classroom, Promoting Teaching". All teaching staff attended the meeting to share ideas and promote development as a team.
李小福副校長首先宣讀了《關(guān)于成立南京外國語學(xué)校方山分校學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)的決定》。校學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)的成立,對(duì)于促進(jìn)我校教師專業(yè)成長,推動(dòng)學(xué)校教育教學(xué)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展有著積極的促進(jìn)作用。
Vice Principal Li Xiaofu began the meeting by reading a document entitled The Decisions Behind Establishing NFLSFC's Academic Committee. The committee will help to promote our teacher's professional development and further improve high quality educational outcomes.
2019年,是極不平凡的一年,我校的教科研工作得到了飛速發(fā)展。教研管理中心主任柳詠梅老師總結(jié)了我校2019年的教科研工作:加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí),校本培訓(xùn)形式多樣,內(nèi)容豐富;青年教師成長扎實(shí),在各項(xiàng)賽事中斬獲佳績;廣大教師扎根課堂,不斷精進(jìn)教育教學(xué)工作;葆有積極的研究熱情,立足教學(xué)研發(fā)多項(xiàng)課題;業(yè)務(wù)能力不斷提升,圓滿完成繼續(xù)教育工作;關(guān)注內(nèi)在素質(zhì)的提升,重視讀寫,深入推進(jìn)讀書活動(dòng)。
2019 has been an extraordinary year for NFLSFC, with rapid progress being made in education and teaching. Ms. Liu, the director of the Teaching and Research Management Center, gave an overview of our teachers' 2019 achievements. NFLSFC teachers have participated in a range of training events and worked hard to be successful in both municipal and provincial competitions. Our school's teachers have continued to improve their teaching practices, always taking their students' needs into account. They have been enthusiastic and applied new skills and ideas they have learned during workshops, using this in their research. Under the guidance of highly experienced and talented teachers, our teachers are striving to improve themselves and engage in education research.
2019年有太多的精彩值得回顧、珍藏。接下來,在2019年度教科研和專業(yè)成長上取得一定成績的十位老師依次上臺(tái)進(jìn)行了經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享。
2019 has been such an exciting year, with so much to look back on and cherish. Ten accomplished NFLSFC teachers talked as part of the event, sharing their successes in education research and professional development.
科技高中張存寬老師在2019年度校教育論文評(píng)選中獲得了一等獎(jiǎng),本次演講他談到了自己在課堂教學(xué)上的創(chuàng)意和設(shè)計(jì)。張老師植根于“群文閱讀”的理念,自創(chuàng)“課文聯(lián)動(dòng)教學(xué)”,應(yīng)用在語文教學(xué)中,收獲了良好的效果。
Mr. Zhang, a senior high teacher, won first prize in the 2019 school education thesis competition. During his speech, he talked about using creativity and design in his teaching. Mr. Zhang introduced the concept of "Group Text Reading" and has created the successful "text-linked teaching" method.
隨后發(fā)言的是初中楊文睿老師。楊老師參加江寧區(qū)教學(xué)研究室舉辦的初中英語青年教師教學(xué)基本功大賽取得了一等獎(jiǎng)的好成績,她與大家分享了自己的參賽經(jīng)歷,鼓勵(lì)教師們積極參加各級(jí)比賽,在平時(shí)的教學(xué)中扎實(shí)基本功,通過比賽提升教學(xué)素養(yǎng)。
Ms. Yang participated in the Junior High English Basic Teaching Skills Competition of Jiangning District, winning first prize. She shared her experience of the competition and encouraged other teachers to participate in similar activities to consolidate key teaching skills and improve their efficiency as educators.
初中李妍姝老師和國際高中韓鶴老師分享了他們的微課制作感悟,兩位老師通過自學(xué)、錄制、反復(fù)修改,制作出了精彩的微課,在比賽中獲獎(jiǎng),他們勇于實(shí)踐、積極探索的精神值得大家學(xué)習(xí)。
Ms. Li of junior high and Mr. Han of the international senior high shared their experiences on creating "microlectures". A good microlecture requires self-study, recording oneself to practice the lecture, and repeated revision. Both teachers have won competitions with their microlectures, and are always innovative in the classroom.
初中陳相吏老師講述了她與不愛上音樂課的學(xué)霸之間的故事。陳老師懂得控制情緒,巧用教學(xué)方法,最終成功引導(dǎo)該學(xué)生回歸音樂課堂。
Ms. Chen, a junior high teacher, shared a story about one of her most gifted students, who didn’t enjoy attending music lessons. Ms. Chen found it important to remain calm and level-headed, and used her expertise as a teacher. In the end, the student was happy to attend music classes.
小學(xué)曹杏雨老師深感教育不易,但帶給她極大的成就感。她細(xì)心呵護(hù)孩子的自尊心,耐心的澆灌,終于收獲成長的果實(shí)。
Ms. Cao, a primary school teacher, finds that whilst working in education is not always easy, it is very rewarding. Ms. Cao always perseveres, making sure not to hurt the students' pride, and helping the students to do better academically.
小學(xué)孫運(yùn)青老師發(fā)言的題目是《豐富課堂營養(yǎng) 促進(jìn)學(xué)生成長》,她通過德育課程,從孩子的個(gè)人角度出發(fā),具體地要求他們愛自己,愛學(xué)校,愛國家。
Ms. Sun, a primary school teacher, gave a speech entitled Enriching Class and Promoting Student Development. During her lessons, which she makes sure take her students’ perspectives into account, she taught her students how to love themselves, their school, and their country.
小學(xué)許寒韜老師在柳詠梅老師的號(hào)召下,于去年十月加入了星火教師的隊(duì)伍,思考、閱讀、寫作、教學(xué),在團(tuán)隊(duì)的鞭策下迅速成長,踏實(shí)前行。
Ms. Xu, a primary school teacher, joined the team Spark Teachers, organized by Ms. Liu in October last year, under the call of Ms. Liu. She has steadily improved herself through reflecting, reading, writing, and teaching with the support of the team.
初中左丹丹老師的發(fā)言題目是《從教學(xué)新手到教學(xué)能手》。左老師認(rèn)為,一名新手教師想要快速成長,一定少不了激情二字。在激情的背后,更多需要的是專業(yè),專業(yè)的備課、教學(xué)、面批,當(dāng)然更少不了向優(yōu)秀的前輩們學(xué)習(xí)。
Ms. Zuo, a junior high teacher, gave a speech entitled From Teaching Novice to Teaching Expert. She believes that early-career teachers must be passionate and eager to improve. Teachers must also prepare well for lessons, always be available to talk to students and learn from more experienced teachers.
初中趙超老師作為資深數(shù)學(xué)教師,從增強(qiáng)課堂吸引力、注重知識(shí)獲得過程、提升教育教學(xué)水平三個(gè)方面談?wù)摿怂慕虒W(xué)感悟,帶給在座同仁諸多啟示。
Ms. Zhao, an experienced junior high teacher, gave an inspiring talk about three aspects of her teaching: making engaging lessons, focusing on the learning process and improving teaching practice and educational outcomes.
2019年學(xué)校啟動(dòng)了校級(jí)課題研究工作。全校共有35個(gè)課題立項(xiàng),有80余人參加課題研究。朱善萍校長、宋長杰副校長、李小福副校長和陳禮斌副校長為35個(gè)課題的主持人頒發(fā)了立項(xiàng)證書。
There were 35 projects having been set up, and more than 80 teachers took part in the research in 2019. During the event, Principal Zhu Shanping, Vice Principal Song Changjie, Vice Principal Li Xiaofu and Vice Principal Chen Libin gave certificates to teachers who have set up projects at our school.
2019年學(xué)校開展了優(yōu)秀論文評(píng)比活動(dòng),老師們積極參與,有22位教師獲獎(jiǎng)。Martin副校長和Dan副校長上臺(tái)為獲獎(jiǎng)教師頒發(fā)證書。
Vice Principal Martin and Vice Principal Dan gave certificates to 22 teachers who received an award for outstanding educational research papers thesis.
教育論壇和論文報(bào)告會(huì)之后,教學(xué)管理中心主任張玉老師對(duì)我校青年教師公開課暨優(yōu)質(zhì)課比賽情況做了總結(jié),并舉行了頒獎(jiǎng)儀式。熊納老師代表獲獎(jiǎng)教師做了發(fā)言。張玉主任還就做好本學(xué)期期末考試工作進(jìn)行了具體部署。
Mr. Zhang, the director of the Teaching Management Center, gave a short speech summarizing the Outstanding Teaching Competition and hosted the award ceremony. Ms. Xiong gave a speech on behalf of teachers who had won awards. Mr. Zhang clarified what work needs to be done with regards to the upcoming term exam.
最后,李小福副校長做了總結(jié)發(fā)言,他首先向全體教職員工表示感謝,正是在每位方山人的辛苦付出下,2019年我校的各項(xiàng)教育教學(xué)工作才能順利完成,結(jié)出碩果。他希望,大家在2020年的教學(xué)工作中要更加關(guān)注課堂,向課堂要質(zhì)量;要樹立問題導(dǎo)向意識(shí),以積極的態(tài)度應(yīng)對(duì)問題,明晰改進(jìn)的方向;要持之以恒,堅(jiān)持不懈打好教育教學(xué)攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn),為本學(xué)期的教學(xué)工作畫上一個(gè)圓滿的句號(hào)。
Vice Principal Li Xiaofu gave a closing speech. He first thanked all the administration and teaching staff for their hard work, which has paid off for our school and students. He hoped that teachers will continue to place importance on hard work and high-quality teaching. He noted that teachers should be aware of issues and focused on how to solve them, always remaining positive. Teachers should continue to persevere in pursuing high quality educational outcomes and teaching practices, carrying forward this semester's achievements.
第二屆教育論壇暨論文報(bào)告會(huì)圓滿成功,展示了我校教師2019年在科研、教學(xué)等方面的成長,激勵(lì)教師們在專業(yè)成長上要更進(jìn)一步。
The 2nd Forum for Education Research and Paper Presentation was a great success, showing our teachers’ achievements in education and research and further promoting the teachers’ professional development.
