12月18日，我校在科技高中階梯教室召開南京外國語學(xué)校方山分校教學(xué)骨干會議，朱善萍校長、李小福副校長、教學(xué)管理中心張玉主任以及全校年級組長、教研組長、備課組長等教學(xué)骨干參加了此次會議。

On December 18th, a meeting for key members of NFLSFC staff was held in the Science High School lecture theatre. Principal Zhu Shanping, Vice Principal Li Xiaofu, Director Zhang Yu of the Teaching Management Center, alongside other key members of staff including grade, subject and lesson preparation group leaders, attended the meeting.

會議由教學(xué)管理中心張玉主任主持，他首先對全校優(yōu)質(zhì)課決賽及八年級教學(xué)督導(dǎo)情況進(jìn)行了匯報，向大家展示了部分老師的優(yōu)秀教案、聽課筆記和學(xué)生作業(yè)，指出一些有待改進(jìn)之處。然后，結(jié)合江寧區(qū)中小學(xué)期末教學(xué)大檢查向全校年級組、教研組和備課組提出明確要求，并對學(xué)期結(jié)束前的教學(xué)工作進(jìn)行了相關(guān)安排和部署。

Director Zhang Yu of the Teaching Management Center presided over the meeting. He began the meeting by announcing the results of the Outstanding Teaching Competition. He also talked about his work as the head of Grade 8, sharing examples of outstanding lesson plans, lesson observation notes, students' homework, and points for improvement. Mr. Zhang then clarified what work needs to be done with regards to the upcoming inspection of primary and middle schools in the district, giving a summary of what further tasks need to be completed by the end of the semester.

隨后，李小福副校長也提出了具體要求，他希望老師們要高度重視此次教學(xué)大檢查，不要僅僅看作是一項任務(wù)，而要內(nèi)化為日常教育教學(xué)的規(guī)范行為，并能夠?qū)@一階段自身的教學(xué)工作積極主動地進(jìn)行總結(jié)和反思，并鼓勵青年教師們在反思中不斷磨煉成長。

Vice Principal Li Xiaofu then spoke, further detailing what is required for the inspection. He hopes that teachers will fully understand the importance of the inspection, noting that teachers should integrate the inspection’s requirements into their work and teaching routines. Vice Principal Li also hopes early-career teachers will be able to assess and reflect their teaching of their own accord, improving themselves through self-reflection and professional development.

最后，朱善萍校長給全校的教學(xué)骨干做了精彩的指導(dǎo)。朱校長首先希望年級組長能夠圍繞整個學(xué)段進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)思考，系統(tǒng)化管理好12個年級的學(xué)科教學(xué)，在做好學(xué)科融合的同時各人能夠各負(fù)其責(zé)。然后她強(qiáng)調(diào)，我們要有高定位、高站位、高品質(zhì)，要努力辦成全國一流、國際一流的品牌學(xué)校。要實現(xiàn)這個目標(biāo)就得狠抓內(nèi)涵，而內(nèi)涵則來自于扎扎實實、精細(xì)化的過程。朱校長指出，老師們要認(rèn)真?zhèn)浜妹恳还?jié)課，要備教材、備學(xué)生、備提問、備反饋，備好上課的每一個環(huán)節(jié)。朱校長還特別強(qiáng)調(diào)每個學(xué)生都是可以改變的，她從不同學(xué)科特點、結(jié)合自身豐富的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗給在座的老師們做了具體的指導(dǎo)，干貨滿滿。

Principal Zhu Shanping gave a wonderful closing speech, offering guidance to the teachers present. She hopes that grade leaders will think not only about their own grade, but our school as a whole, adding that teachers should ensure management and communication between grades is effective and systematic. Teachers must be able to handle their own responsibilities whilst also being aware of the importance of cross-communication between subjects. Following this, she pointed out that we must aim high and remain in line with NFLSFC's ideology, always seeking to be the best. In order to make our school both nationally and internationally high-ranking, we must focus on deeper meanings, based on being both practical, realistic and meticulous. Principal Zhu noted that teachers must prepare each lesson with care, taking teaching materials, students' needs, and questions, feedback, and each stage of the lesson into consideration. She put emphasis on the fact that every student can succeed if given the right support, giving specific guidance to the teachers present as to how this can be done for different subjects, drawing upon her rich teaching experience.

在熱烈的掌聲中會議圓滿結(jié)束，雖然外面冬雨瀟瀟，但是會場溫暖如春，老師們聽得十分專注，受益匪淺，相信他們會將這熱情不斷揮灑在方山這片沃土！

The meeting was a success, concluding with a round of applause. Although it was cold and rainy outside, the teachers were enthusiastic, listened attentively and learnt a great deal from the meeting. We believe that our teachers will continue being enthusiastic, creating a bright future for our school.
