為進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)青年教師的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)，助力青年教師站穩(wěn)課堂、站好講臺(tái)，強(qiáng)化青年教師教育教學(xué)基本功，立足課堂打好教學(xué)質(zhì)量攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)，南京外國(guó)語學(xué)校方山分校開展了以“關(guān)注每一個(gè)，讓學(xué)習(xí)真正發(fā)生”為主題的青年教師匯報(bào)課暨優(yōu)質(zhì)課大賽活動(dòng)。

NFLSFC has recently held a series of activities to help promote early-career teachers’ professional development, help them improve their lessons and teaching methods, strengthen their foundational teaching skills, and work hard to further improve educational outcomes and teaching at our school. These activities included open classes delivered by early-career teachers and an Outstanding Teaching Competition, which was themed around working towards the individual strengths of each student.

精彩紛呈在課堂

    賽前，各參賽教師精心鉆研教材，認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n，同年級(jí)組、同科教師充分發(fā)揮團(tuán)隊(duì)的智慧，集體研討，多次修改，力求精益求精。

Prior to the competition, participants made due preparations, studying their materials carefully. Their colleagues provided guidance and support to help the participating teachers achieve their best, giving feedback on how to improve their teaching and amend their lesson plans.

    賽課過程中，青年教師們教態(tài)親切，課堂思路清晰，教學(xué)風(fēng)格各具千秋，有的激情四射，富有感染力，有的娓娓道來，極具吸引力。精彩的語言、富有張力的表情動(dòng)作和形式多樣的教學(xué)策略，讓整個(gè)課堂精彩紛呈，彰顯出我校教師扎實(shí)的教學(xué)基本功，洋溢著育人崗位上獨(dú)有的激情和風(fēng)采。

The participants in the Outstanding Teaching Competition maintained a friendly demeanor with their students, ensuring the lesson content was delivered clearly. Each teacher had their own individual teaching style, with some using their liveliness and passion for teaching and others using their attention to detail, all giving engaging lessons. Teachers used a variety of effective teaching techniques during their competition classes, creating lessons which were exciting both for students and those observing. The competition provided a platform for early-career teachers to show their core skills, passion for their subjects and varied teaching styles.

互幫互助共成長(zhǎng)

每節(jié)課后，評(píng)委團(tuán)的骨干教師們都傾囊相助，從教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)、課堂提問、肢體語言等多個(gè)方面提出寶貴的指導(dǎo)意見，幫助青年教師進(jìn)一步提高教學(xué)水平，達(dá)到教與研的相融。

After each lesson, key teachers from the panel of judges gave valuable suggestions on lesson structure, teacher-student questions and body language to enhance teaching standards and promote research and reflection into education and teaching techniques.

此次活動(dòng)為教師們提供了一個(gè)相互學(xué)習(xí)、相互切磋、共同提高的平臺(tái)，不僅很好地錘煉了青年教師的教學(xué)基本功，更有效地促進(jìn)了課堂質(zhì)量的提升。

This event provided a platform for teachers to learn from and encourage each other, working as a team to improve as teachers and educators.

嘔心瀝血出精品

教案是教學(xué)的第一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，是一份初心使命，更是一份責(zé)任傳承。在此次活動(dòng)中，不少老師根據(jù)各自學(xué)科特點(diǎn)書寫的教案受到了大家的一致好評(píng)。上下縱橫八萬里，暢想古今天地間，老師們用自己的知識(shí)將一本本筆記變?yōu)閾P(yáng)灑滋養(yǎng)學(xué)生的心靈場(chǎng)所。

Lesson plans are the cornerstone of good teaching practice. They hold teachers accountable to their lesson aims and are the responsibility of all teachers. Teachers in the competition wrote their lesson plans using detailed language and well-chosen formats according to the requirements of their subject. The lesson plans were well-received, garnering much praise from both the judges and those observing the classes. Teachers are able to use their wide range of knowledge and ability as educators to bring their lesson plans to life, providing a kind of “spiritual nourishment” to their students.

雖然有些教案看上去并不是那么整齊劃一，但這些圖文并茂、反復(fù)斟酌的教案卻凝聚了老師們的認(rèn)真和心血。為人師，貴在用心，用行動(dòng)踐行用心至極，用心做老師，用心對(duì)學(xué)生，用愛做教育，有這些優(yōu)秀敬業(yè)的老師們，堅(jiān)信南外方山分校將會(huì)越來越好。

Although some of the lesson plans submitted might have looked “untidy” at first glance, they were full of varied and engaging content, showing how much effort teachers had put into their work. A good teacher must be dedicated and diligent in their work, considerate towards students and carefully consider each action they take. With a team of such outstanding and dedicated teachers, we are certain that NFLSFC will continue to improve.

經(jīng)歷了初賽、復(fù)賽、決賽，青年教師匯報(bào)課暨優(yōu)質(zhì)課大賽活動(dòng)臨近尾聲，活動(dòng)雖止，教育永不休止。希望南外方山分校全體教師都能永守初心，認(rèn)真對(duì)待每一次課堂、每一位學(xué)生，將熱情揮灑在方山這片沃土，將這份美好的堅(jiān)持傳承延續(xù)下去。

While the Outstanding Teaching Competition may have ended, outstanding teaching will continue. We hope that our teachers at NFLSFC will stay true to their starting values, be diligent towards each lesson and each student, and continue being enthusiastic to create a bright future for our school.
