南京外國語學(xué)校方山分校是南京市教育局、江寧區(qū)教育局批準(zhǔn)舉辦的，由南京市江寧區(qū)高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園管委會和南京外國語學(xué)校協(xié)作，引進(jìn)社會資本舉辦的15年一貫制、全日制、寄宿制民辦學(xué)校。作為合作主體之一的南外全權(quán)負(fù)責(zé)南外方山分校的學(xué)校運(yùn)行。南外方山分校努力打造一支以名特優(yōu)教師骨干力量為核心的、老中青相結(jié)合的教師隊(duì)伍。
Nanjing Foreign Language School (NFLS) is one of the seven oldest foreign language schools established under the direct guidance of Premier Zhou Enlai. During the last fifty years since its establishment, NFLS has been following the core educational principles of humanism, striving to follow the scientific laws of education and teaching, actively carrying out all-around quality education, stressing the cultivation of students’ subject consciousness and core literacy of self-development, respecting the personal characteristics and interests of students and endeavoring to explore the inherent potential of students. NFLS continues to improve its quality of education and has made remarkable achievements.
NFLSFC has been approved by both the Nanjing Municipal Education Bureau and the Jiangning Education Bureau as an educational institute. The school was set up as a joint effort between Jiangning High-tech Industrial Park Management Committee of Nanjing and Nanjing Foreign Languages School. NFLSFC is an independent school, offering both day and boarding options for compulsory schooling. As one of the major directors, NFLS is in full charge of the organization NFLSFC. NFLSFC strives to build a team of teachers composed of senior, middle-aged and young teachers, with famous and outstanding teachers as the core.

招聘條件
1、遵紀(jì)守法，熱愛教育事業(yè)，關(guān)愛理解兒童，具備現(xiàn)代管理才能和現(xiàn)代教育意識，有一定英語基礎(chǔ)，理解和接受多元文化；
2、身心健康，工作態(tài)度積極，教育方法溫和，講究教育細(xì)節(jié)，善于交流與合作；
3、有終身學(xué)習(xí)的意識和能力，樂于創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展，陽光自信，形象良好，有親和力；
4、大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，符合相關(guān)專業(yè)要求，具有相應(yīng)教師資格證，普通話、計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用水平達(dá)到相應(yīng)等級；
5、年齡40周歲以下。特級教師、正高級教師、省市級教壇新秀、學(xué)科帶頭人等年齡可適當(dāng)放寬，同等條件優(yōu)先考慮；
6、在職教師以區(qū)級以上骨干教師優(yōu)先，應(yīng)屆以國際國內(nèi)著名高校畢業(yè)生優(yōu)先。
Requirements
Applicants must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, be passionate about education and be good at working with young people. To be considered, applicants must also possess knowledge of modern management techniques and educational styles, have a foundational level of English and be understanding and accepting of multi-culturalism;
Applicants must be physically and mentally healthy, have a positive working attitude, be moderate in their educational approach, be detail-orientated, have good communication skills and be good at working as part of a team;
Applicants must be aware of the importance and able to continue their lifelong learning, be innovative and willing to improve themselves, be confident, be friendly and open and have a professional appearance;
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or above, meet all relevant professional requirements, hold a qualified teacher's certificate in their subject area, and meet required standards for Chinese and computer skills;
Age under 40. Highly-qualified and talented teachers, senior teachers, teachers who have received recognition at the provincial or city level, subject leaders, and highly-accomplished teachers' age requirements can be discussed on case-by-case basis;
Teachers currently employed in management positions at or above the district level are preferred. Recent graduates from famous universities in home and abroad are preferred.

Employee Benefits
All employee relations shall be handled in strict accordance with relevant national policies. New personnel shall sign a contract of employment between themselves and the school. The school shall provide human resources management, and provide both social insurance and a housing allowance.
The school pays a higher salary than that offered by similar public and private schools. NFLSFC's current staff boasts a range of teachers who have been subsidized by the State Council.
